New everything from flooring to mattresses/pillows to kitchen and bathrooms! The perfect house to host friends and family for a fun gameday weekend, a relaxing getaway, a Greek Parent event, Graduation, or Summer Orientation! Centrally located in town and a short 10 minute walk directly south to campus/stadium.
Maximum comfort-Organic Awara Mattresses so no chemicals here! Very neat and tidy house from top to bottom! Has all the kitchen essentials and you won't want for anything during your stay. A fully stocked kitchen, super comfy new sectional, large family/dining spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms, and a large paved outdoor space for gatherings and playing corn hole! Everything is sparkling clean and the whole house gets great natural sunlight! Plenty of large TV's to watch the games if you don't feel like weathering the heat or the crowds!
Java anyone? Coffee station with a Nespresso and a Keurig machine. There's even a drip coffee maker for the OG's! Stocked with a Magic bullet blender for a quick smoothie to tide you over until you visit one of the many amazing Gainesville Restaurants!
Minimum night stay is 2. We will consider a 1 night stay on a case by case basis. Please Message the owners.
The home has an additional in home bedroom/bath with a separate exterior entrance which is inaccessible to guests that might be occupied by the Alumni owners for 1 or 2 games per season . This room/bath has no access to the common areas when owners are on sight and guests have full private use of all amenities.

We live in S. Florida but are from Kansas and England. I’ve been interested in real estate since the Carlton Sheets infomercials from the 90's! We own 2 vacation homes and I love renovating and decorating them as if we live there full time because we also use them when they aren't occupied.

The neighborhood is less than a mile to campus and only an 11 minute walk to the stadium so game parking is simple-the driveway! We definitely love the NW area of Gainesville and feel it’s the safest, cleanest, and family friendly.

Well, the house is orange so it sticks out like a pumpkin! Also, the large yard in front and back allows for tons of space outside and inside with 4 large bedrooms!
