We had a great football game weekend! All the rooms were comfortable and having three full bathrooms was perfect for a larger group. Great location as well! We would definitely stay again!

Our stay was excellent. The house is in excellent shape and very close to the college. Communication with the property manager was great and very responsive.

We only stayed for the night, attending a concert at the stadium..The beds were very comfortable, all of the essentials provided. The only complaint we have was the ADT system beeping loudly all night long. Would stay again for the proximity to stadium.

Perfect location for our needs - 3 adults needing to get to a morning graduation. Everyone had their own bathroom - LOL. Communications with owner were very prompt.

Great property! We had kids with us and used uber/pedicab to get to and from campus but it is walkable if you don’t mind walking some. House was very clean, AC worked great, host was very kind and easy to work with. Easily fit 2 SUVs in the driveway and there is some street parking around too. Check in and checkout were both very simple. Thank you!

Nice place to stay in GNV

We needed a two-week rental to help family with a move. We had 6 adults and one child in our group. This house was perfect for us! A small but well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook most meals and save some money. Location was great, very central to most of Gainesville. We wish the washer/dryer were larger capacity, but they did the job. Property owner was always very quick responding to messages.

UF Easter Family Get-Together

We have a daughter at UF and the rest of the family drove to Gainesville from north and central Florida for the Easter weekend. The house was perfect for our group. We had 6 people total and the house was not crowded. There are 3 bedrooms and every BR had its own full bathroom. There is also a small office type room with another single bed so you could sleep 7 if you had 3 couples and a single. The kitchen was small but functional. The oven needs to be cleaned but it was usable. There was a dishwasher and microwave. Would suggest adding a toaster.There is a large dining room table for at least 8-9 people. The living room is decent size with a good TV with DirecTv which was nice in the age of streaming only at a lot of rentals. There was a large comfy couch and multiple chairs.Beds were all comfortable. AC worked well. House has an alarm system to warn of open doors or windows. Back yard area was cozy and there was outdoor seating. Maybe a fire pit for S'mores in the cooler weather would be a nice touch?House has a small driveway but held two vehicles. Owner provided plenty of paper products and Tide Pods for the washer and dryer which was a nice touch. The house is about a 5-minute drive from UF. Would be good for game weekends and other school events. Neighbor seemed safe and it was quietOwner was responsive and allowed us to check out a few hours late on Sunday to accommodate the late sleepers in the our group.Would absolutely recommend and would stay again.
