I enjoyed our stay and definitely liked having the free parking during our stay. The closeness of the shops and restaurants make it very convenient to explore a lot of places and the best part is that Waikīkī is within a 10 min walking distance

We had a great stay at this property during our trip to Hawaii. The location was very convenient and centrally located to many amenities, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Parking was also simple and easy to access, which we really appreciated.The suite itself was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including a complete kitchen.One suggestion for improvement would be to add a bit more detail to the check-in instructions. For example, noting that the gate is closed go late check ins and needs to be reached over to open would be helpful for first-time guests. It would also be useful to include clearer details about the specific parking stall.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others looking for a convenient and comfortable accommodation.

Sure! Here's an English review based on your points: --- We had a generally pleasant stay. The location of the accommodation was excellent, close to everything we needed, and having a dedicated parking space was very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped, which made our stay comfortable. However, there were some issues that need attention. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly, which was quite inconvenient. In the kitchen, we experienced a power outage, and the stove was very old and partially broken, making cooking difficult. With a few improvements, especially in terms of maintenance, this place could be a great option.

This was a nice condo. Area was great. It had good amenities Experience with host was non existent. Code to room was not working to allow us access at arrival. After access was fixed, we discovered a broken air conditioner. We tried many many times to contact host. Still to this day, the host has never responded, apologized or simply just answered. Replacement air conditioner was very loud, very sleep disruptive.The only reason we were accomodated was because of VRBO, they were the ones who put us in contact with the property manager (not the host).

I would like to respond to this email and clarify our response to this guest. The check-in instructions are very clear and precise on the entry into our property, the guest was unable to follow them, so we responded to assist. Our rooms are inspected prior to all guests' arrival, and the A/C was working at that time. When the guest checked in, they advised us the A/C was not working and we responded within a very short time, moved them to another room while we corrected the issue. Once the A/C was fixed we provided the guest with a gift card to a local restaurant for their inconvenience. Our responses were quick and attentive. The guest requested a refund after they stayed, and we denied a full refund but offered a small amount for their troubles. The review indicates we "never responded" that is false. We spoke to them via the message board as well as by phone. Our apologies to any future guest that we have to explain ourselves over false statements.
