Cozy cottage located in the heart of Port Clinton. Pet Friendly too!

Cute little cottage with just enough room for you to relax after an exciting day on the islands or at Cedar Pointe!
You will receive a code to access the property before your scheduled check in day. We have 1 full bathroom, a full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with 2 twins. We have a full kitchen and all things needed to prepare meals if desired. We are a short walk (about 5 blocks) to the downtown area of Port Clinton where you can find cute places to shop and eat. Hop on the Jet Express and enjoy a fun and fast boat ride to Put-In-Bay, Kelleys Island or even Cedar Pointe. Lots to do, or you can just hang out and relax. Our neighbors are friendly and make one feel right at home. Enjoy your stay! (Please be respectful to our neighbors when enjoying our home. Quiet time is from 11pm until 7am and this is non-negotiable!)

The cottage was exactly as described and it was comfortable and perfect for three fisherman with a boat. Thomas was a great host.

This was absolutely perfect for a long weekend stay for myself and two teenagers! Clean, comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Hosts were great! No issues with anything and we had a very smooth stay. Would absolutely stay here again if we travel back to the area. Thanks again!

very well kept home . stayed plenty cool during the very warm days . allowed our 2 rescues to come with us which was amazing .Will absoluley rent the cottage again

A really nice cottage just far enough from downtown to be peaceful but still close enough to walk if you want. Property was as advertised and we'll worth your vacation dollar.

Great little place. Very clean, comfy with nice decor. Great location close to downtown and Lake Erie. Cat friendly which was why I initially chose this property (I have a cat requiring medications 2x daily). Provided all the necessities. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

You can tell the owners put a lot of care into the property. Provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. Yes it’s a guest house but coming and going was no trouble. Just be careful with the hot water. I think it was heated from the nearby nuclear plant :-) Would definitely stay here again

Great rental for a weekend trip

Really enjoyed this property, my wife and I were shocked with the accommodations offered (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) stocked kitchen with spices and oils. The property was clean and well kept

Nice place to stay

Nice place to stay. Was clean and stocked with necessities. My only complaint was that it was cold/drafty even with the heat on. The November weather was cold and windy during our stay.

Cozy cottage in Port Clinton

The cottage was as advertised — cozy, clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owner, Thomas, was prompt and easy. It’s called a cottage, but it was really more like a small house. It has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two TVs and a living room with the most comfortable couch in the world. And pet friendly too! My dog and I felt right at home. All in all highly recommended! Would stay there again!

We really enjoyed Put In Bay island.For the town of Port Clinton, several of shops we found online were permanently closed.For the cottage, suggest putting in a step at the door, as it is a deep step up into the cottage. Thus hard for someone with bad knees

Sorry to hear about your issue with the entrance door you are the FIRST guest to talk about it I have bad knees also I’m in my 60s and don’t have a problem with it it’s a cute clean cottage for a reasonable price !!

Fishing

Came to Port Clinton on one the hottest weeks. The unit had 2 qindow ACs but they just couldn't keep up with the extreme heat. One call and a third window ac unit was added making our stay very comfy.

Property was cute and comfortable, clean, and as advertised. Host was communicative and quick to respond to us. Only thing I'd note is the entrance step is pretty high up so not great for someone with mobility issues.

Quiet cottage fit for a small family with all the amenities you could need. Walking distance to coffee express, which is a really nice coffee shop with great breakfast sandwiches and specialty make coffees and a short enough drive to get to Catawba or downtown Port Clinton. It was a nice getaway for us for the weekend. Fluffy towels, washer and dryer Window air conditioners for each room and a decent size kitchen with a Keurig and full-size refrigerator. Would’ve given five stars if the maintenance man wasn’t there right before we got there and there was a little bit of gravel on the floor and on the carpet. Speaking to the owner, he had just gone there to make sure the installation in the window air conditioners have been sealed up and working properly. Will definitely stay here again.
