Enclosed balcony from this second story condo has views overlooking the water is perfect for bird watching. Fishing with charters on site. Fish right off the dock just steps away or take your boat out to the lake. Includes a fish cleaning station, swimming pool, and pickle ball court are available for use as well.
Full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other amenities.
Unit includes: Living Room with Roku TV and Wi-Fi. Couch and love seat pull out to sleeper sofas. Kitchen with full-sized appliances, eat at peninsula countertop, stocked with cooking supplies. Balcony with a view of the channel and lake. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with towels and linens. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV. Upstairs loft with a bunk bed with a queen and twin sized bed and 1/2 bath. Covered carport.
For birders- minutes away from Ottawa National Wildlife Refugee and Magee Marsh, some of the best birding in the state.
For fishermen- For renters bringing their own boat and who plan to use the boat dock, per Greencove condo association, renters are required to purchase a one time $15 boat pass and provide proof of boaters insurance. Trailing parking is available for rent through Wild Wings or Hammering Hank’s.
For everyone- 40 minutes to cedar point. 15 minutes to Port Clinton and the jet express to Put’n’Bay. 30 minutes to Marblehead.
Pets allowed only after arrangement. Smoking is not allowed.

This is a nice property. It was clean, quiet, and my family enjoyed the on-site pool and outdoor grill. It was a good base camp for nearby activities.

We had a peaceful one-night stay and enjoyed watching a gorgeous sunrise from the balcony. The place was spotless and charming. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. The owner recommended we try the nearby Barnside Creamery and we were thrilled after having their delicious ice cream.

My sisters and I came down for a sisters weekend getaway and we could not have asked for a better stay! The owner was so kind and accommodating and the property was perfect for what we needed! The pool was lovely and the complex was very inviting. Would definitely book/stay here again! Thank you Beth!

Great place to stay when up walleye fishing. Dock with electric right outside the unit. Everything was nice and clean.

The condo was perfect for our three man fishing trip! Beth touched base several times to make sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend.

We absolutely love this property. It was the perfect place and location to dock our boat for a long weekend and explore the area. The condo is very clean and had everything we needed. We can't wait to stay here again.

Beth was a very welcoming and helpful host. The location of the condo worked out very well for our ice fishing trip.The condo was very clean and orderly, and the information bookelt provided us with any information we needed.We would definitely book here again.

Loved this place!
We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Great location to the fishing charter boats and restaurants! Loved all the little extra's she provided also. Thanks Beth!

Great location
Perfect place especially for fishing. The ease of docking and being on the lake nearly immediately saves a ton of headache.

Amazing, spacious, great condo
Everything was perfect. Could not have asked for a better place, area, and condo to stay at. Had every thing you needed and the views were perfect. Will definitely be back!

Very nice place
Very well kept condo. Nicely decorated and furnished. Hostess is very accommodating and helpful. The boat dock is perfect and the fish-cleaning house is first rated. Plan to return.
