Bristol weekend getaway

Great place for a Weekend getaway. Host was very attentive and responsive.

I'm glad you guys had a great stay. Sorry there was an issue with the hot tub. We did everything we could to deserve 5 stars even gave a partial refund. As well as got the hot tub fixed during the stay. Thanks again.

Great Place

Was in town for a wedding. Place was as advertised, great place to enjoy the weekend.

Wonderful Getaway

We loved our weekend getaway! Such a quiet clean place to relax. All the wildlife to and from was so nice and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great place very clean loved seeing all the wildlife around. The kids loved the hot tub. And the host was great. I accidentally booked the trip for one less day then I ment to and he was about to change it for me that day. All in all a wonderful trip and a great place to stay

Wonderful stay!

We loved this place, super clean, loved the hot tub!! Fire pit and the grill in the backyard set true party mood, overall awesome experience! Bryan is super fast in responding, definitely will comeback sooner!

Just what we needed

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Property is away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge (and seemingly now even Sevierville) but not too far to travel to. It was very quiet, beautiful and exactly what we needed. Great stay! would def recommend!

Perfect location

Such a beautiful place. Very quiet with lots of deer everywhere. We loved it and will come back. We had no issues at all, it was like being at home.

Beautiful views and quiet location

Bryan was amazing as a host and informative on good places to fish in the area. We are local but just wanted to get away. His place is not only spotless but a good location to be away yet close enough to everything. I would highly recommend Bryan as a host and his property. Great place.

The property is cozy and perfectly situated to access so many attractions and points of interest. Bryan is super invested in the guests at his property. Communication is fast and he cares about what concerns guests. I highly recommend this home.

Relaxed and peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was incredibly clean and peaceful, providing the perfect escape. We were delighted to see lots of deer around, adding a charming touch to our experience. The hot tub was fantastic and provided a great way to unwind in the evenings. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!

Xmas rental

Brian‘s property that we rented from him over Christmas vacation is a very cozy great family oriented place. It is a great place for kids being live right by the lake. It is very close to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg the town that the rental was in is very quiet, country, beautiful scenery also has a Jacuzzi on site. We also loved the fire pit outback.
