Southwinds F4 1st Floor Direct Oceanfront

New for the 2023 Season! Southwinds F4 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in each bedroom). The main bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed with a twin on top and twin on bottom.
Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service, admin fee and linens. Trip insurance is optional and available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%.

The condo had everything we needed. We are already talking about a possible return stay with our son and dil (2 rooms & 2 baths) - perfect place!

We loved the condo and the beach area. The unit is clean, comfortable and everything you need is there. Location is great too...just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to shops, restaurants and various activities. We had a great time and would love to stay here again!

Perfect location!

Easy access to the beach, as well as to the sites of the area. Lovely condo with a nice, private balcony that allows you to see over the dunes and to the ocean. Great place to stay!

Excellent place to stay at Atlantic Beach NC

Our stay at F4 Southwinds was perfect for our vacation. The condo was perfect. Beautiful, clean, such comfortable beds, linens and towels so soft, everything supplied in kitchen. Nice touch was that there was toilet paper and paper towels provided along with Lysol spray & wipes, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, etc. Great view of oceanfront and nice walkway to beach! Would definitely stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Key was not accessible at check in as property management instructed. Took several attempts at contacting property management. Condo had not been cleaned from previous renter. Property manager did send someone to clean who was extremely thorough. It was six hours later when we were able to move our things in. I cleaned the kitchen, refrigerator and living room while waiting for the cleaning staff, so we could put our food into the refrigerator and sit in the living room. Management did refund us this one night stay. The condo was very well stocked, decorated and comfortable. I do recommend this condo to friends but suggest they contact property management prior to their arrival to make sure it is ready for them.

Family Vacation

Overall very pleased with our stay. Location was excellent. Able to walk to the beach in minutes. Honestly the only complain we had was wishing there was a King size bed instead of a queen for the adult room.
