Amanda, we always appreciate guest feedback but the homeowner would like to clarify the following: Amanda, we're sorry to hear that your stay did go as smoothly as we would have liked. We prioritize guest communication and stayed in contact throughout the length of your stay to ensure we were actively addressing your concerns. When you brought up the lightbulbs, we had them replaced the next day. The same was done when additional paper products were needed. We're very sorry if our efforts to improve your stay went unnoticed in your review. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays.

We're truly sorry for the condition of the home during your stay, as it’s not the kind of experience we strive for. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:– The unit was in the middle of renovations, and we mistakenly left the calendar open for booking. We offered the option to cancel with a full refund or relocate to another unit, but you decided to stay. Since then, we’ve completed all renovation work. We installed outlet and vent covers, removed the sheetrock and nails, and made sure the space is fully guest-ready and safe.– We also added the TVs back to the property. Our listing photos and square footage details are intended to give guests a clear idea of the room sizes ahead of time.– Water bugs can occasionally appear during rainy weather here in North Carolina, but the HOA provides bimonthly pest control treatments to help manage this.We appreciate your comments and are committed to making every stay better than the last.
