Omg Brooks is a sweet sweet angel. He’s so easy to work with and gives GREAT recommendations for around town and other utilities that might be needed. The place is HUGE. The deck is to die for. The rooms are beautiful (and bed are lovely) the stairs up to the third floor are a little hard to maneuver so keep that in mind. There’s a large fridge and a mini fridge as well. Kitchen table could fit all 16 of us. It was really perfect for what we ended up doing! It’s a block from the beach and very close to town as well. Perfect for walking around. Thanks for a great stay !!

Great Location and Great House

We've stayed twice at this house (2021 and 2025) because the owners are easy to communicate with, the house is a great set up for a large group, beautiful neighborhood and the location is in walking distance of the beach and promenade (one block), Washington Street Mall, restaurants and so much more. Great place to walk the beach and catch a sunrise.

25 year bookclub celebration

We were looking for a destination where we could celebrate 25 years of friendship and our bookclub. A friend recommended the Pink House and it was everything we wanted !

Beautiful home, close to everything

This home is situated in a great location, close to the beach and shopping. Newly renovated, spacious kitchen, clean rooms and cute little backyard. Would definitely stay at The Pink House again.

Great House

This was a wonderful spot in which to enjoy a week in Cape May. The house was so comfortable for our family of nine (three generations). It was so great to be able to easily walk to the beach or into town. Just fantastic in every way!

Great Weekend Getaway Stay

The property was very clean and charming, spacious rooms, nice amenities, and plenty of parking. Located in a nice neighborhood, and close to all the places we like to walk. Would be the first place we look for availability on our next Cape May weekend. The owner was very accommodating!

Beautiful house in excellent location

Excellent location. Beautiful fully stocked kitchen. Clean and well maintained. Easy check in process. Ample off street parking. It is very apparent the owners truly love this property. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back.

Making Memories

The location to the beach was great. The house was spacious for our group of 11. There were just a couple of hiccups with the house but the owners dealt with them quickly. Wonderful week.

Perfect House and Great Location

The house was spacious and the location was perfect. It was close to the beach and walking distance to the center of Cape May. There is a large kitchen table and the family room had plenty of seats for our family of 12. The beds were comfortable. It is an older home with so much character and charm. The front porch was great too. Brooks was wonderful and very flexible with our stay.

Family reunion

My family consisting of 3 grown children and their significant others/spouses spent a week at the house. We were a total of 8 and the house provided enough room for privacy and social activities. The location is ideal. A block from the beach and easy walking distance to many eateries, malls and activities you want on a beach vacation. My family has now elected me to choose all future vacation houses!

Classically Vintage, Comfortable and Convenient

The online photos of this home do not do it justice. It is simply beautiful in the details inside. All of the furnishings are perfect. The kitchen is modern and every convenience is there. The bathrooms are beautifully done in marble. The vintage furniture is gorgeous. And the wood floors are mostly original so be prepared for a few dips, but the character is outstanding. Enjoy sitting on the relaxing porch. The house is only a block and a half walk to the beach. And you can walk to many of the stores and restaurants. The owners are wonderful people with which to work. I wish I could live here!

Perfect!!!

This beautiful painted lady was the perfect place for 7 lifelong friends to celebrate their 60th birthday's. The house is a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we could have possibly needed from a bed for everyone to a very well appointed kitchen. We loved all the seating on the porch, in the living room and at the dining room table. Brooks was a fabulous host. Every question I asked (I asked a lot!) was answered within minutes! He provided me with a list of restaurants and made special arrangements for an early check-in time necessitated by a member of our party with a health issue. I will definitely recommend The Pink House to anyone I know heading to Cape May!

MIss Pinky is the Tops

RUN, don’t Walk to book this gem of a house in Cape May.Right from the beginning, the host, Brooks was ever present. The communication was always answered promptly with helpful suggestions what to do and see in Cape May. The handbook that accompanied the house, with precise instruction and information on all the appliances, was very helpful. The WIFI worked great, never an issue.All our needs have been anticipated. The kitchen appliances and utensils were abundant.Sharp Knives abound. Glasses of all sizes filled the cupboard. With over supply of plates, bowls, you name it, it was there. The fridge had plenty of room for our group of 11. We ate in every meal, that’s how good the kitchen was.We felt at home at this house. The dinning table easily seated all of us plus a few dinner visitors. The front porch was cozy and induced conviviality and conversations amongst us all. The beds were very comfy, with all recently remolded bathrooms and plenty of hot water.We had a great time with this house and would return in a flash.You can’t go wrong. It’s really the nicest VRBO we ever stayed in. Thank you Brooks, who by the way met and greeted us on our arrival.

Our family of nine, spanning three generations, loved our stay at the Pink House. It has the charm of a Victorian home but with all the modern amenities. The beautiful décor and paint colors made us feel relaxed and in vacation mode from the moment we arrived.We enjoyed spending time on the porch, the spacious living room, and meals around the large dining room table. The location was great too - just a short walk to the beach. My grandson watched the sunrise one morning from his third floor bedroom window.Brooks was a great host and we highly recommend a stay at the Pink House!

Great house

This was an excellent house for our family of 12 to stay at in Cape May, which we look forward to staying at again. Very well maintained, spacious, and great location close to the beach and lots of stores/restaurants. The owner Brooks is great - very responsive to any questions we had and very friendly. We've stayed at 7 or 8 houses in Cape May and this is at the top of the list!

Great location

Nice neighborhood, cozy house with plenty of room. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and one block from beach and easy access to promenade. Beautiful views of sunrise on beach. Great porch for relaxing and gathering. Would rent again.
