Classic Cape May house will transport you back in time to the relaxing resort town you've been longing to visit. The house was built in1885 and lovingly maintained with modern amenities including central air-conditioning, appliances, multiple bathrooms, and brightly painted rooms. The house is available for your summer beach vacation, a weekend getaway in autumn, a special holiday reunion, or a winter wonderland at the shore.
Located on a quiet, one-way street, the house is only 3 blocks to the beach, 1.5 blocks to shops and restaurants. This sunlit and colorful home is located on a tree lined street and invites you to enjoy everything that Cape May has to offer. The 3-story home includes 7 spacious bedrooms two living rooms, formal dinning room, 5 bathrooms, a full kitchen with pantry. Enjoy a sun filled breakfast table, large family room, various reading rooms, TV rooms, side porches, and a grand front porch with rocking chairs to watch the carriages pass by. The covered side entrance has a private driveway with space for 4 vehicles parked tandem. Keep your vehicle parked for your entire stay and conveniently walk to many local attractions throughout Cape May!

We were extremely happy with this house for our family trip. There are a ton of nooks and crannies in the house to find a quiet spot away on large family vacations. There were plenty of bathrooms that people could access. It was an easy flat walk to the beach and an easy walk right to the mall. Check in process and communication was great! Definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful place to stay with family and friends. Very clean and perfect location.

Great big place for large groups. Perfect location…close to beach and Washington Mall. Only wish the house had more than two showers

We had a great time staying at this house - it is close to everything and so cute! The amount of beds and rooms/bathrooms were perfect. We would definitely recommend!

Incredible house for big group

The home was was a perfect place for a large group stay. I cannot stay enough about the location, the charm, or the service of the property management company. We would love to return!

Great house and location

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and well appointed. Lots of porches to relax on and plenty of room in the house for all of us to feel comfortable. Excellent location.

Wonderful weekend away

This house is truly in the middle of everything. A quick walk to the beach, Congress Hall, great shops etc. The large living area let all of us be together all at once and the porch in the morning was divine. Hosts were SO amazingly responsive with great recommendations. Truly a gem in Cape May.

A great week at the shore.

A beautiful house in a great location. A couple of small hiccups, but the property manager was very responsive in coming to fix them. Recommended.

Indian summer weekend

Large Victorian in a great location. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. House has endless bedrooms, large kitchen, areas for family to congregate, and quiet porches if you want to get away and read a book. House is a bit older, but clean, modern kitchen.

Weekend away with girlfriends

What a wonderful experience our stay was. Twelve females who arrived at 2 on Friday and already planning our trip for next year in this lovely home. It’s absolutely perfect! Perfect location, space, and cleanliness. Dream home!

Family reunion

We had a family reunion with several families of young and older children. This house works very very well for the gathering. Ample space and well stocked kitchen that allow us to have most of the meals in. Everyone was delighted with the experience.

Twin Moms Getaway!

This was a fantastic house for our group! Super cute rooms, bathrooms around every corner (3rd floor has a tub only: no shower), and tons of charm. Well stocked kitchen and you CANNOT beat the location. Quiet street, and around the corner from all the restaurants and shopping. 9 women ages 35-55 (who all have twins at home) had a great stay! ❤️

Amazing place to stay with family/friends

Our stay in Cape May at this property was simply magical. We celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with friends and had the best time. The location is fantastic - close to both the shops and beach, but we all preferred to spend time on the porch drinking coffee or wine and catching up with people we haven’t seen for a long time. The bedrooms also offered plenty of space for people to stay. My wife couldn’t have been happier! I would recommend to anyone!

Comfort and Character!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house has tremendous character with all the modern conveniences. One block up from the Xmas Parade route, Congress Hall and the mall. I booked the house for a 60th birthday surprise for my wife with 7 of her college friends and their spouses (15 of us in all with plenty of room). It was a special weekend for my wife and a fabulous time for all.

Great week in Cape May

Thank you Erin and Kevin for hosting our vacation! The house was the perfect size and location for our family of nine. We used the entire house, from third floor bedrooms, to the bedroom on the first floor. The driveway accommodated all 4 of our cars, so no need for on street parking. We enjoyed the front porch each morning and the backyard grill at night! We absolutely loved the location! A choice approved by all our family, we’ve already booked for next year!

Our first VRBO vacation

This historic house is huge. So many rooms! My self and my five children plus their spouses and five grandchildren under the age of 3. Plenty of room. Great location able to walk to the beach and mall. Kids had the added plus of watching the horse drawn carriages come down the street a couple times a day.

Belated 80th birthday celebration

Property was perfect - a quintessential Cape May Victorian house on a quiet, tree-lined street within minutes walk to the Washington Mall and the beach. The space accommodated 14 of us with room to spare. The spacious, well equipped kitchen was a delight for multiple cooks. Seashore elegant common rooms - we all fit around the dining room table.

An incredible house full of charm and a piece of history / so much space and endless porches to sit and enjoy / we loved walking just minutes to the beach and dinner - and the spacious house allowed for the entire family to be together for a weekend while we said goodbye to my wife’s mom in a small ceremony on the beach - she had asked that vape may be her final resting place , after her battle with cancer - abd once again my wife’s mom got the family together to celebrate her life in an idyllic setting full of the exact kind of charm , that JoAnne would have loved - great big dining table and kitchen and parlor room. right off the porch had all of us mingling together and talking - a perfect setting basically

Big house Great location

This was a big house in a great location. Communication was great and the amenities left by the owner were very nice (beach tags, coffee, paper products, toilet paper etc.) the house needed some repairs and the bathrooms and floors weren’t very clean. It would’ve also been nice to have locks on the bathroom doors; You never knew if someone would walk in on you. Other than that it was a great house.
