Excellent location, everything in Watkins Glen is walkable. Also close to many wineries. The property had a great view of Lake Seneca and was very well kept. It was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect location with 2 minute walk to town, house was clean, no issues. Had a good time!

It’s a very old house and it is definitely in need of a lot of work however we did enjoy ourselves and it was adequate for both location and space

The house was quite spacious, clean and in an excellent location. We were able to walk to the State park, harbor area, and many shops and restaurants. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee, filters, salt and pepper provided. There were lots of places to sit and spread out. Traffic noise on the road right in front of the house was somewhat distracting, but it really quieted down at night. There were a few places with unexpected steps up or down, such as into our bedroom (one step down), and with all the bedrooms being up a somewhat long flight of stairs It might not work well for people with mobility limitations. This was not a problem for our group. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

This is a well kept, older home in a nice location. The host was very attentive and helpful. The bunkbeds upstairs are sleepable, but definitely at the end of their life. Pull out couch is damaged and not good for sleeping. Otherwise, the beds are very nice and the accommodation is quite satisfactory. We would recommend for families looking for lodging close to town.

We booked this home while staying in Watkins Glen for a family wedding. It was perfect for our group of 6, and other family members even came to watch a storm roll across the lake on the beautiful porch one evening. Rooms were excellent, plenty of bathrooms, and the walk downtown was super quick! Highly recommend this home!
