Ideal location on the southeast bank of Seneca lake and perfect for a family weekend getaway. Close to lots of great options in the area. It’s a relatively small bungalow, but they’ve maximized the use of the space, and having 3 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) makes it a great value. The photos and descriptions are accurate, and communication with the host was easy and prompt.

Comfortable home. Clean. Private area even though located on main road ( set back enough that you dont hear traffic ) Great location near wineries and short 10 minute drive to downtown Watkins Glen.

Great for a short stay where you’re not making a lot of meals. Not a lot of counter or shelf storage for prepping meals and temporary storing supplies. Very clean and great beds.

Fantastic location near all the great breweries, taprooms, wineries and downtown Watkins

We loved our short stay for race weekend. The place was spotless and clean . A perfect location near everything!! We will definitely stay there again when we visit the area!!

Nice Little Cottage

Great place to get away with some dear friends. Housed 6 adults comfortably. It’s not often that you find a place with 3 queen beds so that was a nice plus. The home was very clean and well equipped. We brought a portable grill and folding table with us; this allowed us to enjoy eating in the great outdoors. The yard is very nice and the house is insulted well, blocking any outside noise from the road. I think we could come back every year for the next 10 and never complete touring all of the breweries and wineries. We did a lot of waterfall chasing, the home is close to everything. It was a great place and we would visit again.

Weekend getaway

The house was just as advertised. Everything was perfect. Very clean & every you need is supplied. We enjoyed our stay & I highly recommend this property. The owner Karen gets back to u right away with answers to your questions. I wd definitely refer it & stay again.

Super location! Awesome cottage! We had 4 adults during a 4 day/3 night stay in August. This place is cozy, as described…and worked very well for us as we ate breakfast in and wined and dined at the countless establishments within 6 miles of our cottage. after a morning hike each day. The location could not be better to access all of Watkins Glen and all the east side Seneca Lake wineries and breweries. Karen was excellent and accommodating.

perfect for a young family

karen was fantastic - speedy in her response and very helpful. this location is perfect for a young family with a lot of space and not too much furniture that makes you anxious someone will break something. simple and perfect with lawn in the back and front for kids to play on. karen was a great host- thank you so much

Great stay and great host!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. We made some last minute changes to our trip and Karen was more than accommodating and very good at communicating. Super close to great wineries and a very nice Farm stand (Thyme stands still). Beds are very comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay. House was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great set up for a group with multiple bedrooms. Karen was kind enough to send us a list of local attractions beforehand. Close to the main road, but very quiet during the day and at night. Will stay again!!

Clean house, excellent location!

Family of six adults (3 couples) in town for wine tasting and relaxation. Karen, property manager, very responsive and helpful. We found the property to be ideally located to many of the wineries and creameries that we wanted to visit. Most everything we did was no more than a 20 minute drive. The only negative side- and we knew this going in- is that for six adults, quarters were a little tight. Nevertheless, would stay again, maybe just not 6 of us!
