We spent two weeks in this apartment while enjoying DC. The apartment is located in a great neighborhood, near services and the Metro. The neighborhood is busy without being loud. The host was very responsive - very easy checkin/checkout. The unit is comfortable with lots of room. It is a walk-out basement and you will hear residents above. This was not extreme, and was not limiting for us. Kitchen was equiped for a simple breakfast, probably not best for anyone planning to prepare a full meal. Would recommend this unit for a couple exploring the area.

This is a lovely apartment in a great neighborhood with easy access to the Metro, food and shopping. Host was friendly and attentive. Would recommend for a fun DC adventure.

Location was excellent and the living area was nice and spacious. Host was very helpful setting us up with parking even though we were late requesting it.

Matches up well with what we saw online - nice location in Logan Circle, very close to the Metro, well equipped kitchen for self catering. Would stay again

Perfect location, great home away from home

This basement apartment was perfect for a week exploring DC. The home had all amenities including a washer and dryer and we were able to cook some meals.

Our 2nd Stay at this location, just as good!

As this is our second stay at this property says it all! Great location, good communication with property mgr. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Great kitchen, bedroom and clean! Looking forward to our next visit later this year!

Great Location and Property Manager

We loved the location and the great communication with Dara. She was quick to respond and made sure that we had everything we needed. The location of this rental was close to the metro and good places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The host responded quickly and with detailed information. She was accommodating and informative about the unit. The unit is comfortable and in an excellent location ...convenient to restaurants, a grocery, transportation and shops. The host provides extra toiletries and laundry detergent, etc We the ave stayed there several times.

Great Escape for Two

Good neighborhood. On street parking couldn’t be more convenient. Located in a great location with an easy walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Good living space with modern amenities.

DC getaway

First time in DC did not disappoint. This unit is near Logan Circle and convenient to shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby U Street Metro stop made getting to all the sights a breeze.

Surprised this neighborhood is so walkable and close to all the popular sites! Very spacious and comfortable unit. Host is an excellent communicator.

Older home with updated basement apartment. Only about 2 blocks from bus or Metro to sites and monuments. Good choice of restaurants within walking distance. Easy communication with owner.

Great Neighborhood Spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dana's property. It is well equipped and in a wonderful spot. She was great to work with and accommodating to our needs. Super easy access. Walking distance to most downtown activities and easy Metro (1 1/2 blocks) and bus service (1 block) to everywhere you want to go.

Great place; well provided with all you need. Spacious. Good kitchen and bath. Bed comfortable. Roomy closet. Very helpful table and 4 chairs for doing work. Host was very helpful. Would stay there again.

Great apartment and location

Fantastic location, close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops. Walkable to DC landmarks. Dara is very responsive. I had to have something shipped to the apartment and she let me know when it was delivered, very nice of her to let me know. Would stay here again.

Wonderful find!

My daughter and I stayed for 5 nights and were completely comfortable in this charming spot. I used the sofa bed and found it firm but comfortable. Location is fantastic with excellent restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and all the sights of the Mall a good longer walk away. Host Dara was responsive and kind. Perfect!!!
