A beautifully finished and furnished 1st floor one bedroom. Kitchen is well stocked (although we didn't use it much) and the sofa bed was top notch, best I've ever slept on. Located on a quiet street yet only a short walk to Wisconsin Ave for restaurants, groceries and public transportation.

Clean, comfortable, very convenient apartment in a beautiful, safe neighborhood in D.C. Parking on the street, but OK most days. Within reasonable walking distance to two Metro stops, restaurants, food stores.

Very quiet neighborhood. Parking on the street was a snap with an online permit process. The unit was walkable to two different subway stations. The bed was very comfortable and the unit had many of the items we needed with groceries available nearby. Ther were also restaurants that were walkable. One small issue that came up was resolved by the owner the same day. Communication was very easy.

This is a very well maintained, well appointed, spacious property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Access to transport, shops and restaurants is all terrific.

It was a beautiful apt - exquisitely clean with all the needed amenities. Our host was very responsive. Great location in lovely neighborhood, but walking distance to Metro stops, restaurants, etc. As advertised it is the ground floor of a larger house so one is sometimes aware of the upstairs occupants, but it was 99% very quiet. I would stay there again.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was well appointed and very comfortable. We also found that it was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the Metro, Nat’l Cathedral, Zoo, and many options for eating. It was a short drive to the National Mall and Reagan airport. We would definitely choose this location again.

Great stay! Would absolutely book again in the future. The apartment had all the necessities stocked in case we forgot something! Clean, spacious, perfect parking every time, and wonderful neighborhood for walks! Love the patio too!

Love the location!

The apartment was comfortable for our five night stay. I liked the very firm bed. Easy walk to the Metro, lots of food choices nearby. There's a little bit of noise from above, but nothing disruptive.

Another very comfortable stay

This was our third stay here and we had another very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment has all that you could ask for and is really well located for shops, restaurants and transport. Roger is very responsive to any request or inquiry you may have.

stay for Christmas concerts

Stayed at this location Dec 10-14 while in DC for two Christmas concerts. We had and excellent stay and everything was as good as advertised. No problem giving this listing a five star.
