Our host was both very quick to respond and helpful to a couple pre arrival questions that we had. Also, the property was full of useful kitchen utensils, games and was excellent value for the size of the property. I would absolutely stay there again.

Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location was very good for golf and access to Radium Hot Springs. Nice that our dog was welcome to this rental.

The kitchen was well stocked, towels to use for the local hot springs and a great guide book of local activities! Would definitely recommend!

Very comfortable and good space for 7 guests. Loved the private bathrooms and all the little extras in the house, gracious hosts and a great location.

Very nice place. Feels bigger than the picture show. Everything you need is there and more (eg a manual espresso machine). We had a wonderful stay, and Natasha was kind enough to contact us to let us know we’d forgotten our dog harness, and offered to mail it to us.

Comfortable for our family of 7. Plenty of beds, towels, well stocked kitchen supplies, nice bathrooms, very clean. We appreciated the beach recommendations in the information booklet. Note: Bring your own shampoo/soap, though they did have random leftovers under the sinks.

Family ski trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Clean and cozy. Fireplace was nice, taking the chill out after the ski day. Kitchen is well equipped. All beds and bedding were comfortable and the 3 bathrooms were clean and very convenient for our large family. Pet friendly home was very much appreciated! Good location too as the hot springs are very close by. We would choose this property again! Thank you Natasha!

Great Accommodation

Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms made a big difference for our family. The place is a little dated, and has some interesting colour choices inside, but was clean and fully equipped. Communication with the host was excellent and we appreciated the opportunity to bring our dog with us. There was even a drawer in the kitchen with dog essentials like bowls and poop bags. There is no real view or enjoyable outdoor space but we mostly used the house for meals and for sleeping as we were out exploring most of the day.

Family Xmas

Location was good; small town, so nothing too far to get to in 10 min or less. Nice and close to hot springs, too. Host provided towels, so didn't have to bring our own. Exceptional parking space! Family came from all over, so had four vehicles for one of the nights, but room for five. Of course, had there been more snow, that might have been more limiting. Very clean house which is always a nice first impression for me. Older stove with coil burners that needed to be run on high to get heat, but ultimately got the job done. Three clean bathrooms for us seven people was very nice to have. Hair dryers in two of the bathrooms were great. Misc shampoo and body wash were a bonus. Could have used a couple of extra toilet paper rolls (girls like to know they have some squares to spare). Fridge, coffee maker worked great! Nice to have had tin foil and plastic wrap, too. Lots of dishes, pots and pans. Dishwasher was very handy and not too loud. Beds were decent and bedding was comfortable. The host was friendly in all communications. I would highly recommend staying in this comfortable home. Thank you, Natasha!

Natasha was a great host. Extremely responsive. Even though our trip was cut short due to wildfires in the area and loss of power we look forward to a return visit. The home was in a great location and well stocked - even including dog bowls and toys!

We felt that there needed to be improvement in the patio area. It was deplorable. Weeds everywhere. I actually pulled quite a few. The weather was lovely and we enjoy being outdoors for visiting. Also the kitchen dishes, cutlery and pots and pans need upgrading. They were fishing cabin quality. The bedding and bathrooms were good. Nice and clean and comfortable. Everything else was very satisfactory

We genuinely appreciate hearing from our guests, and we're glad to hear that you found the home clean, comfortable, and enjoyed your stay overall. My family and I purchased this property recently and have been working hard to make ongoing improvements while keeping it comfortable and welcoming for families, pet owners, and all of our guests. Earlier this season, we spent many hours improving the patio area, including removing weeds by hand between the stones, adding new compact sand, planting shrubs, and treating the area to keep it looking its best. Unfortunately, it sounds like the patio got away from us while we were away visiting family, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will be addressing those concerns right away. We will also be reviewing the kitchen inventory and cookware to see where improvements can be made. Guest feedback plays an important role in helping us prioritize upgrades, and your comments have been taken seriously. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback and for staying with us. We truly appreciate it
