The glass cottage was architecturally a beautiful modern gem in a secluded spot near Saguaro West National Park. The two sectioned design was connected by a breezeway. Waking to a desert sunrise each morning was spectacular. The kitchen, living room area was well appointed. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. I grilled once and the gas BBQ worked very well and was simple to operate. The only downside was the weather was unseasonably hot, 98 degrees on a few days, and the A/C unit in the kitchen area struggled to keep up. The bedroom unit worked perfectly. We were out most days and once the sunset it was comfortable.We would definitely come back. The experience was beautiful.

The house is very impressive. The kitchen is well equipped and everything worked well. Great bed. Very nice to wake to an expansive view of the rising sun.

We had an exceptional stay at the glass cottage in the desert. The space was immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and very peaceful. The host communicated clearly and made everything seamless.We valued the privacy and quiet setting, which made it perfect for rest and reconnecting with nature. The kitchen was clean and functional, and the sunrise and sunset views were truly remarkable.Outstanding value overall, and we look forward to returning!

Fabulous architectural jewel box in a private desert setting with distant views of the mountains in two directions with spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas. The set up is a little quirky but remarkably comfortable and well equipped. The hosts’ notes on restaurants and venues were unusually helpful.

The Glass House Cottage is wonderful. The views are amazing. The property is beautiful. For an immersive experience in the desert there is no better place to stay.

As described with equal sunrise to sunset vistas and the desert glow throughout. Felt like we slept better unhindered by curtains or blinds. Best equipped VRBO kitchen with a first, really sharp knives and sharpeners for back-up. Didn't use the outdoor grill. Location is spot on for the west park and Tucson. Owner's recommendation for El Antojo Poblano was on point for lunch.

Absolutely fabulous! This was our third stay here and we truly love it! I’d highly recommend it. Under 1/2 hour to downtown and friends in Dove Mountain, so we easily took in a play, a festival, many great restaurants. It feels so isolated, remote, and very private, and yet so well situated. We love the clean, modern vibe.

Everything was as promised. It is a spectacular “cottage” in a spectacular setting. Everything was clean and tidy and comfortable. The location was convenient to exploring the Tucson area.

We loved everything about the Glass House! Very quiet and secluded, but only 10 mins from local restaurants. The host and property manager were great to deal with from the start until the end. We will stay again on our next trip to Tucson.

Great location!

Within 2 hours of our arrrival, we saw a coyote in the driveway and 2 bobcats visited us right off the back deck! The location is quiet and easy access to Saquaro National Park and plenty of restaurants are close by too. We really enjoyed our stay.
