This 3 BR villa is located at West Hyde Park in Kingston Resort. It's on the 1st floor with no stairs. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes).

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. West Hyde Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 10-15 minute walk to the beach.

Our Go-To!

We rent this condo every summer and have appreciated the attentiveness and communication by the owners. The location is outstanding and we enjoy all the amenities the Kingston condos and resort has to offer. The condo is spacious with large bedrooms and ample communal space for our families, and is consistently clean and organized when we arrive. We especially enjoy the outdoor patio and proximity to the neighborhood pool and ponds.

Convenient location

We were in town for a Women's conference. It was an easy drive to the convention center and a comfortable place for the men and kids to spend their day.

We really enjoyed our stay for our Myrtle Beach family trip! We traveled as a family of seven, so having enough space was important, and this home definitely delivered. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. My daughter actually said she felt like “a royal” sitting at the dining room table , which tells you how much she loved the décor and feel of the home!The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the location was very convenient and close to many of the major Myrtle Beach attractions. The host also responded to our questions quickly and was very helpful throughout our stay.There were a few things worth noting for future guests. The gym we had access to was not on the property and was actually about 3.5 miles away, near Kroger. We were also a little disappointed that our stay did not include access to the indoor pool or gym facility on the property. We eventually found the outdoor pool that was affiliated with our stay, but it was tucked away and took us a little while to locate. The pool itself was also a bit small, which was something to keep in mind when traveling with a larger family. They did provide information about the amenities, but some of the details—like the gym being off-site and the pool being a bit hidden—weren’t as clear upfront, so it took a little extra figuring out once we arrived.The washing machine was also VERY loud when running, so that’s something to be aware of if you plan to do laundry during your stay

Wonderful stay near the beach .

Beautifully decorated condo . Very spacious 3 bedrooms . We also spent lots of time outside on the deck with multiple furniture. Condo has everything you need for your stay to feel like home from coffee. Hand soap to laundry detergent included. Since it was very hot in July we drove to the pool and always found the space even during busy season. You can walk also if you choose to the pool and beach, and it will take you about 10-15 minutes.Condo is very peaceful and quiet location. We were there for dance competition and some people from our group stayed at the beach and they regretted that since it was too busy , they complained waiting for elevator for 30 minutes at times. The Kingston plantains is very nice we went to Black Brewery couple times for dinner and food and drinks were amazing. We would definitely come back if visiting again Myrtle beach .

Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would not shy way of staying there again. We have stayed in another condo by this owner and the cleanliness compared to it was just not there but overall it was still clean. I had no issues with the cleanliness, just was not as up to par as last year in the last condo we stayed in. I just wish it offered more of the stuff in the Kingston plantation, but the listing does tell you that it does not give you access to those things. I just wish that they were an option, especially if you have children. Will definitely stay with them again and will definitely stay in this unit again.

Cute and Comfortable

WHP 3C was a cute 3bd/2ba first floor condo at Kingston Plantation. The primary bedroom was large with plenty of closet space and updated shower and cabinetry. I'd recommend bringing extra hangers for clothes. The kitchen was large but some of the cooking pans have seen better days but got us through a few breakfasts. The dishwasher is new and worked well. Full size top load washer with dryer was great for our weeks stay to allow us to wash clothes and towels as needed. Very convenient!!! The couch and swivel chairs in living room are worn and could be updated for a more comfortable seating arrangement. We enjoyed the back deck with table and chairs which were shaded and comfortable to enjoy the green space and walking trail sidewalk to nearby ponds. Parking was an issue during the weekends so we had to park further down from our condo and walk back to our condo so there is no assigned parking spots. Overall we enjoyed our stay and this condo met our needs.

For adults there is the golf course just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For nature lovers, there are beautiful walking trails, a boardwalk connecting other Kingston Plantation properties, and a lovely personal balcony to enjoy sunrises and sunsets.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of a hotel along with the privacy of a personal home.
