Your whole group will enjoy easy access to everything Southern Utah has to offer. We are located less then a mile from Southern Utah University, home of the world famous Utah Shakespearean Festival and Utah Summer Games. We are near Kolob National Park (18 miles), Brian Head (32 miles), Bryce Canyon (92 miles), and Zion National Park (57 miles). Perfect for anyone who loves adventure, hiking, snow boarding, mountain biking and visiting unique shops and restaurants. Come experience the beauty!

Super clean space. Plenty of towels provided. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find. Basement apartment so did hear some quiet TV noises and some walking from home above but nothing that was annoying or beyond expectations. Great communication w/host!

We enjoyed our stay. This is the third year we have stayed here. We appreciate the kitchen living room area. The bathrooms are well equipped with little extras to help you enjoy your stay. It’s very clean and quiet. We enjoy the ability to have good conversations and fun. The home is well equipped. A great experience!

Great place to stay in Cedar City

It was impeccably clean, thoughtfully appointed, and comfortable. Checkin and checkout went smoothly, and the location was easy to find. Would definitely recommend or stay there again.

The beds are not very comfortable. There was no where to hang your towels in the bathroom after taking a shower and at times it was a bit noisy with the family living above us. But it was Clean, the check in and out process was very easy and our granddaughter loved the toys in the bunkRoom. Thank you

Comfortable spot for a quick one-night stay

We were a group of 2 parents and 4 young adults driving from LA to Denver, and this house was a convenient and comfortable spot for an overnight stay. We arrived after 11 pm (we'd communicated to the hosts that we'd be arriving then), and they left the outside lights on for us, as well as providing clear instructions about how to get in. Beds were comfortable and welcome after a long day on the road, with another long day ahead of us the next day. We stayed only about 12 hours, so we didn't have time to explore the area, but if we were planning a longer trip to this area, we would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for providing a comfy spot for the night -- much appreciated!

Great place to stay!

Hosts are responsive, close to shopping, freeway, and drive to Cedar Breaks or Bryce isn’t bad from here. Recommended!

Excellent Property

The basement apartment was just as advertised. Very clean. Very easy to access. Property owners were very attentive and communication was superb. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean, easy process, nice setup

The whole family liked staying in this home. It was very clean and well-appointed and the host made everything simple. The layout was nice and the separate entrance was great. We would stay here again!

Weekend teip for competition

Our daughter had a dance competition and we found this property. It was much better than a hotel. It might just be a basement but it felt like home. We loved the spacious feel and the amenities. When we realized our teen son forgot his toiletries it was a relief to find a spare toothbrush! It was quiet, private and clean. We would stay here again. Thanks for offering such a nice property!

Quick overnight

We came to Cedar for a HS football state championship game so just a quick overnight. It was such a cute, clean setup and amazing communication I’m sad we couldn’t stay longer! If we are in the area again I’d definitely come back to this place.

Great Spot for a Weekend Getaway

Good Spot

We came for the Shakespeare play, drove up Kolob canyon for a hike, stopped at Bulloch’s drugstore. Location of the vrbo was about 4 minutes from everything in town. Place was clean and comfy, plenty of room. The master shower is large and plenty of hot water. We’ll likely book the same spot next time
