Place was amazing. Wish we had more than a day to stay. Deer running all over the area, beautiful stream and fire pits all over the property. A must stay if you want a peaceful getaway!

Short Weekend Trip

Carolee was great! She had so many suggestions for what we could do while visiting. We were sorry we only had one day.

Nice place and renovation idea

It’s a small historic neighborhood that was largely forgotten. The owners are renovating it as a good destination for hiking and the like.

Gem off the beaten path

We came for a wedding at the Barn at Graver’s Tree Farm. The hotels reserved for the wedding were too far and not rated highly. Found this 1st floor house that slept 6 and it was perfect. The whole place was recently redone and everything was top notch. Great high end fixtures and the kitchen was excellent. Fully stocked with everything you could want or need. Bathrooms were very tastefully done and large. Hiking trails nearby and close to town. Owner very attentive and super nice. The only surprise (but very cool) is the bridge to get into compound. It looks like a one lane wooden bridge barely safe for walking but underneath are massive steel beams. Adds to the charm. Would definitely recommend to stay!!

When you cross the bridge and enter thru our private gate you are surrounded by the village's ten acres of hiking and walking trails that leads you then to over 3,400 acres of PA State Game Lands (known as the Wildcat Mountain). If that wasn't enough, the Little Schuylkill River runs through our entire property with beautiful walk paths that lead you right down into it.
