Welcome to “Port Of The Royal”
This Newley renovated 4BR 2BA home is in the heart of Port Royal and is centrally located. Only 2 Miles to Parris Island. The home is walking distance to delicious restaurants, retail shops, the Cypress Wetlands/Bird Sanctuary that has lots of beautiful views on the walking trails and a board walk. The Sands Beach is only 1 mile, where you can explore the sands for Sharks teeth, go swimming, or enjoy some fishing off the pier along with a Boat Landing.
Enjoy this spacious home with an open floor plan, 2 living rooms and an outdoor patio with a fire pit that is perfect for sitting around making memories and enjoying time with family and friends.
Downtown Beaufort is only an 8-minute drive to the Waterfront Park with stunning views, several restaurants, and retail shops. Take a kayak tour on the water to see and explore the ocean and hopefully see a dolphin or enjoy a horse and carriage tour and learn about Beaufort and its history.
The home is a 25 minute drive to the Hunting Island State Park Beach and Lighthouse and a 40 minute drive to Hilton Head Island, SC.

This property was the perfect property for us! We were in the area for a marine graduation at Parris Island. The house is only about 5 mins from the main gate and super easy to get to. The house was really nice and clean. The pics on the app doesn’t do it justice. There are good local restaurants nearby. The hosts were very accommodating and nice, easy to get in touch with using the chat function in the app.

The house was perfect for our family’s stay. Very clean. Went to SC for Marine Corps family day and graduation. Was just a few minutes away. Lots of great restaurants within a few miles. Host was very quick to respond with any questions.

Beautiful home with all the comforts with added touches. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bedding, and climate control with ceiling fans made our stay even better! Easy 5-10 minute drive to Parris Island Base Entry Gates. So close to shopping, beach, and downtown Beaufort which is a must see! I would suggest additional coat hangers for closets and an extra towel for each bedroom. Thank you for an exceptional stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect location for Parris Island, just minutes from the base, which made graduation week so much easier. The house was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Great for families. We would gladly stay there again.

No cold water….not even cool. It was warm to extremely hot. In early August, a cool shower after being in the heat all day would have been nice. Also, no YouTube tv app on tv’s. Never saw any wash cloths, either. Never received move out instructions. Minor things, but would have made it nicer

great family house
Had a perfect 4 days at this house with family for Marine graduation. Perfect set up for familes- lots of room, toys, play house and short walk to shops and park.

Port of the Royal - home away from home
Home met all our needs was very clean and very comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to Paris Island, and other facilities

We stayed at this beautiful home while we were visiting Parris Island for our son’s Marine boot camp graduation. Location was excellent, less than ten minutes to the base! Also close to Cypress Wetlands (saw some gators!) and Sands Beach (saw some dolphins!). Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen made for a perfect stay for our family. Clean and comfortable, wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Calm quiet and Peaceful Stay
The place was immaculate, well decorated, and had plenty of space. Owner was quick to respond. I would stay again. What a lovely home.

Exceeded expectations
Beautifully renovated home with touches of old charm on display. Very pleased as it was immaculately clean and comfortable. The accommodations exceeded expectations and there’s lots to do in the area. Would def stay again!! Thank you! Our trip was memorable!

Our stay was awesome. The house was an excellent choice. I hope to stay there again in the future. Our son graduated from DI boot camp at Parris Island. Wish we could have had a fire though, but it was a great stay. Amenities were great. The house had a plaque on the wall VMGR 152 (members from 1969), one of my husbands old units from the Marines. He was born in 1969. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this beautiful Home.

Perfect Getaway
The property was amazing. Clean, with lots of extras for cooking and relaxing. I would highly recommend this property. We stayed here during our son's graduation from Bootcamp with the Marines. It was close to the base and provided everything we needed.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!!
Wow!, The best place ever to stay!. The house was in perfect condition, extremely clean, yard was in well condition. Neighborhood was friendly and very quiet. Communication with owner was quick and accommodating.highly recommend!
