Location is perfect! Very walkable or bikable neighborhood. Close to everything in Port Royal including great restaurants and the Cypress Wetlands boardwalk.

The host was amazing and the most accommodating we have ever had. Definitely recommend for anyone that is looking to take a beach trip or here to support a marine graduating!

We loved staying here! The location was great-it was close to Sands beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. It was very walkable area and we enjoyed the boardwalk right next to the house. We brought our dog and she loved the porch and the nice shade during walks in the neighborhood.

The cutest slice of Americana in a quiet neighborhood in a quaint little town. The area is surrounded by beautiful historic scenery and southern charm. Great restaurants within walking distance and most places are pet friendly. We enjoyed a wonderful, relaxed and comfy getaway. Host is quick to respond to any communication. The Nelson House is neat, tidy, and well equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to our questions and the kitchen has modern appliances. The home is located minutes from the beach and the Parris Island Marine Corps base.

Mr. Brad was great with communicating with us with any questions we had. The house was extremely clean and fully equipped with everything you need. Stocked kitchen supplies and all the EXTRAS. It most definitely felt like home away from home. We can wait to book our next stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this location for a week long stay. We truly love the layout and it's proximity to different places in Port Royal. Brad, the owner, is super nice. I would highly recommend renting this space.

We stayed here for our nephews Marine Corps boot camp graduation. It’s really close to Parris Island, it was super clean, pet friendly, next door to a nature trail that we walked daily, and the host provided a park pass to hunting island which was amazing! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks so much!

Great location to go watch my son graduate boot camp at Parris Island. Not too far from base and had wonderful little restaurants near to try.

We had a great stay here! Very nice setup, a real kitchen with dishware, cookware (so many places don't) AND Brad was very accommodating and responsive to our pet and trip needs. Having the wetlands next door and being able to see a fantastic rookery in full nesting action was over the top! Definitely coming back!

Very nice duplex. It had all of the amenities needed and is walking distance to the shops and Cyprus Wetlands. We will definitely stay here again. The host is very kind and responsive.

Our family had a great time at this home! The home has everything you need. The beds, bedding, and pillows were the best I've ever slept on at a VRBO. The house is also steps away from the rookery and we were able to hear the birds and walk to see them every morning and evening. We also really appreciated the state park pass and were able to go to Hunting Island and Hilton Head. Our family will definitely be looking to rent this home again for future trips!
