Everyone will enjoy our Spacious Beautiful Home, fully equipped, located only 2 miles from: Sacramento Airport, 8 minutes from Downtown, Golden1 Center, DOCO, Discovery Park, Historic Old Sacramento, Railey Field. KING & Queen Beds, Fast WiFi, 4 Smart TV’s, Netflix, Restaurants, Grocery, shopping centers, located nearby. Freeway access 3 min drive. Walking parks 2 min walk. Private 2car garage parking + long driveway, wheelchair built
THE SPACE:
Home has a total of 4 smart TV’s. 75 inch in main Living-room & Master bedroom, 2 other bedrooms have smart TV’s. 2 bedrooms have a Cal King size bed, 2 other bedrooms have a Queen size bed. Downstairs office/bedroom has a Queen sofa bed, closet and a desk working area in case your getaway is work related.
GUEST ACCESS:
Entire house is available for your stay. 2 Car Garage Parking + Long Driveway+ Free Street Parking + Wheelchair built in ramp access.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note this property is in a nice peaceful & secure neighborhood watch, 24 hr neighborhood security will patrol the surrounding area. Feel safe to travel by yourself or with your whole family and/or friends.

-NO PARTIES or high noise levels after 10pm (I want to be respectful of my long-term neighbors). They will report you. You will immediately forfeit your rights of stay or refund due to violation.

-NO DRUG tolerance of any type including cannabis

-NO SMOKING inside our property including our garage.

-NO PETS allowed (For small dogs/ 15lbs or less, message me directly).

This home is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and is close to the highway for ease of driving. The host was quick with communication, check in was easy and the home had everything we needed to make our stay great. Highly recommended!

A group of friends played in a golf tournament and it was one of the BEST experiences due to Araceli. She was very kind and responsive throughout the process. I stay in a lot of VRBO's and she was the top of the list as a Property Manager. Great house for a large group, good neighborhood with grocery shopping nearby. Thank you!

Great house, host and neighborhood

House was big enough and in a super safe neighborhood. Host is a great communicator and space was clean and wellStocked with lots of local deliver and safe places to walk and stretch legs. Bonus of the two car garage and quiet backyard and a propane grill. Will be back and looking to rent other properties with this fantastic host. House had all the needs covered and was wellFurnished!

The primary room was great. The room with the king bed and balcony had the LOUDEST bed ever. The TV in that room did not work so we moved a tiny TV from a room we were not using and it worked but was tiny. The remote did not work but we did find extra batteries in the kitchen. :) There is only one side table and it has been damaged and has jagged edges. There is plenty of room for 2 side tables. The house is showing a lot of wear and tear. There is a whole in one of the stairs. The repair from an upstairs leak in the kitchen was poorly done. It is well decorated but the quality in repairs looks bad. The cabinets in the kitchen don't match. The lock box had a low battery when we showed up. Once you enter the code, you must wait 20 seconds and then it would unlock. We didn't try the other beds. We did enjoy the well stocked kitchen. The property is well photographed.

Hello Derek, I am glad you enjoyed your stay, you never brought up any issues to my attention while you stayed; I wish you would have contacted me so I could of assisted you right away. please don’t forget to mention my daily super low rates for a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom: as I’m very fair by not raising my prices in the past 4 years for being the best area West Lake only 2 miles from the airport. I apologize for any inconvenience, I take a lot of pride in maintaining a super clean home. 80% of my entire home furniture is 1 year old. I will take your feedback to improve future stays, no other guest reported issues with any of the TV’s. Blessings.
