Exterior:
The house is situated on a spacious wooded lot, offering plenty of privacy and room to explore. A stone pathway leads to the front entrance, and a large, inviting front porch provides the perfect spot to sit, enjoy your morning coffee and take in the fresh mountain air.

Interior:
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy, open-concept living space adorned with vaulted cedar wood ceilings and grand, wood burning, fireplace. Large windows throughout the home frame breathtaking views, providing a constatnt connection to the outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight. It's the perfect space for preparing delicious meals while still being a part of the conversation in the adjacent living and dining areas.
With multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there's ample space for family and guests.

Outdoor Spaces:
One of the highlights of this Pocono house is its outdoor living space. A spacious deck offers an ideal spot for outdoor dining, grilling, relaxng in the hot tub or sauna or simply doing your yoga morning routine (mats provided) all while surrounded by the sooting sounds of nature. From the deck, you can soak in breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and maybe even catch a glimpse of local wildlife.

A fire pit in the backyard provides the perfect gathering place for roasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the starry Pocono sky. The lush, wooded surroundings create a sense of privacy and tranquility that makes this house an ideal getaway for nature lovers.

A little bit about our community...
There are 3 Main Lakes in the Community.....Pines, Locust and East Lake
Each lake has a beach, picninc area with tables and charcoal grills, horseshoe pits, valleyball nets, playgrounds and bathroom facilities.
All lakes are stocked annually with Bass and Trout.
Other recerational facilities in the community include: basketball and tennis courts, ski and sleddng hills. The Chalet hosts BBQs and many other events throughout the year.

Our Community has some very important rules, which are set in place to allow for the enjoyment of those who choose to rent here, and just as important, those who live here full time. Please respect the tranquility of the community and keep exteriior noise to a minimum from 11pm- 8am.
All guests are require to pre-register, at least 72 hours in advance. A direct link will be sent to you prior to your stay for a hassle-free experience.
- Each rental will receive 6 complimentry wristibands to access the ammenities
- Each vehicle must be registered , $5 car fee
- Fishing...There is a $10 restocking fee per person fisihing. A voild PA fishing license is also required, and this can be obtained online or at the local Pocono Boat House (on Rt. 940).
All Trash must be taken to the trash compactor. Food left outside will attract bears and other wildlife.
