Luxury Studio in Vibrant Houston Heights Retreat

It was a pleasure hosting Carla, we’d be delighted to host her in the future.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced during your recent booking. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances involving a power outage caused by a hurricane, we had to relocate your guest to ensure their safety and comfort. To clarify, we initially encountered a delay as we were unable to reach you (the booker) directly to provide advance notice about the change. This was due to the stay being booked for your friend who was checking in. In response to the power outage, we offered your guest a complimentary upgrade to a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home that was 7 minutes away and still within general Heights neighborhood, which they accepted, checked into, and seemed pleased with. We understand your frustration and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Although we incurred additional cleaning costs due to the incomplete stay, we promptly issued a full refund as soon as you requested it. We value our guests and strive to provide exceptional experiences. While situations like these are rare, we are continuously working to improve our communication and contingency plans to ensure smooth stays for all our guests in the future.
