Everything was clean and there were little extras we weren't expecting like; provisions to make s'mores and plenty of condiments in the fridge, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. I also appreciated the black washcloths specifically dedicated for makeup removal as I do get nervous sometimes about leaving mascara/eyeliner stains on the linens. Property was beautiful and peaceful and filled with fun memorabilia. Also, was very close(15min or less) to pretty much all the activities we wanted to do while we visited. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

The place was clean, well stocked and peaceful. Still close to the town of Berkeley Springs and Cacapon state park but when you returned to the cabin, total peace and quiet. Samantha was a joy to deal with and very responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The cabin was very comfortable. We had most of what we needed. Loved the various outdoor spaces and quiet neighborhood with a low-traffic road to walk on. Off the beaten path but still close enough to town and parks. Very enjoyable!

Great host, very quick to respond to my questions. The cabin was great, I see why this property is rated so high. Looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the state park that right next door.

We spent a quiet family Christmas at this home. Everything was wonderful! We enjoyed the fireplace, the s'mores the host left for us, and the Christmas decorations that were up when we arrived. A nice relaxing cozy time for all.

We enjoyed a peacful week, watching wildlife from the screened in porch and visiting nearby Cacapon Resort State park. The cabin was clean and cozy. Would definitely visit again.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay - setup of the home is great for guests. The house was so clean, and had all the things that were needed for a few nights stay. Everything was comfortable and the location is excellent - the first time going up the gravel road was a little scary, but totally worth it for the peace and quiet and lovely home.

It was a nice secluded place for a vacation. The house had an odd smell to it that didn’t go away. The host was nice and left us some s’mores stuff to have a bonfire.

Great getaway to detached for the stress of life!

Pleasantly with the location and how nice the cabin was the host is very responsive and sweet. Love the location. It was close to pretty much everything that we wanted within a 9 mile radius and the town of Berkeley Springs was absolutely amazing. Everybody was friendly and it was just such a nice place to detach from city life, and stress of life.

The cabin is located in an area that is very private but within easy driving distance from Berkeley Springs. Ceiling fans throughout, including the wonderful large screened in porch, are very helpful in keeping the cabin cool. The kitchen is well-appointed. The sleeping quarters and living/dining areas are very accommodating.

Quaint cabin in the woods

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very peaceful surrounded by woods and loved the screened in porch, was delightful even when it rained. Had all we needed and found it to be very comfortable. Didn't use but bunk beds were double bed size. Perfect place to get away for a few days.
