We loved our week at Our Coastal Dram. The owners were great to work with and the house was where we could bring our boat and dog. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful canal view with boat ramp . Great dock to relax under the gazebo. Plenty of chairs on the main upper deck to watch the sunrise . The home feels comfortable and spacious. Very clean and well stocked kitchens . Nice friendly neighborhood to take walks or ride bikes .

Everything about our stay was incredible. Close to the beach and the nights on the dock were second to none. Will book here again!

Nice quiet property. Bed on main floor was very comfortable as was recliner in living room. Enjoyed the shaded dock.

We had a amazing stay in Topsail beach, the house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed! Mr. Mike was quick to help us with any questions we had! We appreciate them for letting us use their home!

Great Family Vacation

We just stayed at this property and loved the dock and canal living. Family had an amazing time swimming / floating and taking our boat out to the sound. Bedrooms had plenty of space for everyone and was very comfortable. Appreciated the communication of Michael as well. Thank you for a great week.

Beautiful and Relaxing Home

We had a great week in this lovely home. We enjoyed the water view and access to paddle board and kayak right outside the door. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach too. We had a group of 8 plus a dog and there was plenty of room for all of us. We definitely would love to come again one day.

Labor Day get away

Mike and Tricia were fantastic hosts. Easy check-in. House was well stocked. Awesome dock and private boat ramp made putting the boat in and taking out such a convenience. Outstanding location. Would highly recommend!!!

Floating in the canal

Our family members enjoy floating in the canal, hanging out on the dock, and being able to tie up the boat and jet ski at the dock. We also prepare some of our meals, and the large dining table is perfect for 10-12. We hope you enjoy the house as much as we have over several years.

Family vacation

Wonderful week in Topsail. The house was well appointed and fit our needs perfectly. Water pressure was literally nonexistent on the evening of July 3rd so we couldn’t take showers until later in the evening. But we were given a heads up that this could be an issue. The manager was very responsive to all our needs. The check in process was seamless. We would definitely go back.

Amazing Waterfront Home

Our stay at this beautiful Topsail Island home exceeded every expectation! Nestled right on the inlet, the water views were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The property is incredibly well-equipped for multiple families, boasting not just one but two full kitchens stocked with everything you could possibly need.We loved the thoughtful touches, like the two kayaks available for guest use and the crab pot that gave us some fun, laid-back afternoons. The house was spacious, clean, and clearly designed with guests’ comfort in mind.While the boat dock was under repair during our visit, the inlet’s depth made it easy to tie up our boat without any issues—it didn’t take away from the experience at all.This home truly had it all. The hosts have thought of everything, and it made for a relaxing, fun, and memorable stay. If we could give it 10 stars, we would!

Holiday Family Reunion

Coastal Dram is a terrific home in a super location. Since we wanted to bring our boat, this house on a canal is perfect - and with its own ramp!! We had three generations and the 4 bedrooms / #of beds fit our family just right. The living space and large dining table allowed everyone to sit together. We made a Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were very comfy and the bathrooms modern and clean. We did get to enjoy outdoors.....until the weather turned cold on us. The upper deck and the dock gazebo would be super fun in the summer. Fishing off the pier was good - caught flounder and blue and crab -- but too small to keep. Tricie and Mark were quick to respond to answer our questions. We highly recommend this home for your vacation get-a-way.

Family vacation

Home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures! We loved the extra kitchen space downstairs and place for the kids to play. Outside space is great. Enjoyed kayaking, fishing and floating off the dock. Our family ages 8-68 all had a great time. Just a few things to note… bringing extra towels with you bc each of us received a towel for the week. We were able to wash them but bringing a few extra would’ve been better for us. Sheets were provided in a package to make your own bed when you arrive. Grill is not included and was told by host that Surf City will not allow a grill to be included in your rental. We had one previous years so maybe something has changed, so come prepared. We brought an electric smoker that worked well for us and no open flame. All bathrooms are connected to a bedroom and only one on each floor so the bathroom shuffle was a little tricky but we made it work. Easy walk to the beach but it’s often a hot walk so bring a beach wagon or you can buy the parking pass. There is no tv service in the home. You must log into your own streaming service on the smart tvs so make sure you know your log in information. Don’t forget trash bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Overall we had a great trip and would recommend this home to others!
