Thank you for your review. We work very hard to accurately portray the property's layout in our description and in all of our photos so that guests can understand the layout. Thank you for your feedback regarding the elevator, the elevator is recommended for cargo use and is functioning as it should. It is a typical residential elevator. Regarding any housekeeping concerns, please know that we do have a housekeeping team on call 7 days a week during regular business hours who are happy to assist.
