This cozy studio is in a quiet neighborhood nestled in the municipal golf course. It's a 5 minute drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and the Folk Art Center and 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Close to groceries, great eateries, and coffee shops, this studio has a full kitchen and a lovely covered patio for you to enjoy cozy fall nights. Also includes off the street parking for up to 2 cars, free wifi, and yummy local coffee!

This was a perfect little studio, with a fully equipped kitchen; very comfortable. It also felt very private with its own entrance. We loved the outside porch area too.

Nice small studio that we used the full kitchen to cook a Thanksgiving meal for some family close by. Jillian was very helpful and responsive. We would stay there again.

Very clean, quiet studio. Loved sitting outside in our little private enclosed patio. Even saw a black bear! The neighborhood is great for dog walking.

We revisited Asheville for our 25th anniversary. Jillian is an excellent host with a quaint place to stay. Very clean. Centrally located and perfect for what we needed!

Quiet getaway

I had a lovely stay! It is in nice, safe neighborhood. Quiet and clean. No fake smell scents. Just what I needed!

Everything was as described - No surprises!

We were extremely pleased with everything about this location! Jillian was a great communicator and very helpful in suggesting places to eat! The location is perfectly located to get all around Asheville! It is a very quiet location on a golf course. We would most definitely book here again! The enclosed patio made it very nice to sit outside with our dog. We give it a 99.99% rating!!!!

Our stay was great. Jillian was a very prompt and helpful host. She answered our requests and questions quickly. The studio was as advertised with a private drive and entrance. Great patio. I think we used everything Jillian advertised and more. We had excellent coffee ( by the pot) and a zillion channels on the television. We stayed for 4 days with planned activities and peaceful downtime ( rainy day) so we cooked several times. We had pots, pans and dishes to successfully complete our meal each time. We did not bring our dog but the studio and quiet surrounding streets would be perfect for a stroll. We saw several people and small children walking as we drove out. Beverly Hills is also conveniently located to downtown, Biltmore and Blue Ridge parkway. We would recommend the apartment and look forward to staying again while visiting our newlywed daughter.

We loved staying at this property. The room is very comfortable and the host is super accommodating. We are a mixed ability couple. I use a wheelchair and my partner does not. Our host added in the grab bars that I needed in the shower and when we discovered that the door was an obstacle - it was fixed. I recommend this property if you use gravity to stand up. The bed it high and the shower is a step in shower. I was very comfortable and felt very safe. We ordered groceries and dog food from Instacart and they were delivered with no problem. It was raining when we checked out and our host came out with an umbrella. This is a great neighborhood to walk your dog. We loved going to Penny Cup Coffee Shop while we were here. It is also very easy to get downtown to the farmers market and all that downtown Asheville offers. It is an easy 20 min drive to Black Mountain. The pictures do show what it actually looks like. The bed is tucked away so it is easy to sleep in. The porch was a great place to watch the rain. I saw a bear while I was doing the dishes after the rain passed over. He rolled/somersaulted down the hill and disappeared between the fences on his way to the park with the hollow. This is a very comfortable place to stay and get the full Asheville experience.
