Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space is a one bedroom apartment. There is a blow up mattress and a large sofa if you need.

The space has a full kitchen with new appliances. The front porch is perfect to let your pet wonder. It is able to be fenced in. Perfect also if you have a little one.

The space comes with apple tv, which will allow you to stream any service you may have. We have included Netflix and Prime video, so you have something to watch. :)

This is a lovely space in a great, quiet location. The wi-fi is spotty sometimes but isn’t a huge problem. There is no dishwasher. Everything in the area is easily accessible. It’s a great location in North Asheville but it easy to get on all the major hiways in the area.

Cute place, nice location to run around the Asheville area and into the Blue Ridge Parkway. It had what we needed, clean & comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch early and late in the day. Surrounding tenants and area was quiet.

I was very pleased with the rental. So clean and comfortable with everything I needed. Location was perfect for us and would love to stay again when in town to visit my daughter.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Cute little cottage with everything we needed and then some. Clean, nicely decorated, and we'll stocked. Nice neighborhood for walking our dog and close to parks, Asheville, and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we come back down.

This was a perfect location for our trip and a very nice apartment! Brandon was very helpful with the whole process and answered all our questions. Will definitely stay there again!

Comfortable and quiet

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious for a one bedroom, very quiet, and clean. The bed and other furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We especially liked having both a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The place was clean and beautifully decorated. We would stay again. No complaints. We accidentally locked ourselves out one night and the owner was quick to respond.

Property overbooked but they were sorry so that fixed everything

Did not get to stay. Had confirmation of booking, full amount charged to my card, received email with instructions for accessing the property but could not get in when we got there. Drove 4 hours to get there with an 86 year old and her dog to find an email from late morning that they had overbooked it and we had no place to stay. If you’ve ever looked for a place with few steps and pet and budget friendly, you know how much time it takes. I was refunded but that’s not the point. If you can’t manage your properties better on more than one platform maybe you shouldn’t be in the business. This was a first and hopefully a last. Interestingly, VRBO seny a note asking about my stay.

The inside is immaculate. Comfortable furnishings. Nice selection of tea. Nice to have Netflix to watch. Downside. The curb appeal needs attention. I was honestly nervous until we went inside. If you want people to actually use the front porch, get a storage bin for cushions and hose it down occassionally. And I was aware owner was upstairs, but I was not aware that there were several units on site; thought it was going to be more private.However, I would stay here again bc it was very clean and all the furnishings were comfortable and well-maintained. And easy to get to from Asheville.
