This property is 2 acres and one of the few properties on Lake Gaston that has multiple boat docks. The water is 8-10’ deep on one dock and 4-5’ deep on the second dock. The docks are amazing to fish and hang out on. The house sits on a point with 180 degrees of lake views with lots of outdoor seating. The house comes with 3 kayaks, 1 stand-up paddle board, and a huge water mat as well as single floats. There is a firepit and we provide seasoned dry firewood for you to enjoy. We have a Blackstone Griddle as well as a Traeger Smoker Grill that's great for smoking ribs, brisket, chicken, etc.
