You will love this warm, welcoming condo right in the buzzing downtown of Newport! One block from America's Cup Ave, Thames St. and Bowens Wharf! Walk to restaurants, shops or stroll the picturesque neighborhoods. Enjoy breakfast at the Franklin Spa diner across the street and view St. Mary's Church on the corner where JFK and Jackie were married! Easy stroll to the beach, Tennis Hall of Fame, historic mansions and the famous Cliff Walk!

Open concept with so much beautiful natural light. Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating. Washer/dryer. Window A/C units. Wifi.

In the heart of Newport, and one block away from restaurants and shops. Great furnishings and amenities. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Newport.

The condo is in a great location. The place was well equipped and clean. Kathy was an excellent host. She was very responsive to my messages and was quite helpful.

Great Spot

I loved everything about this place! Kathy was great, the location is amazing, the place was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, everything you could possibly need was provided! Can’t wait to return to this perfect place in Newport!!

Mother/Daughters Getaway

We loved the apartment - very quaint and well decorated. It was in the middle of everything. We walked to many restaurants and shopping. The host provided a basket of snacks which was unexpected and awesome. I would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

Such a lovely little spot! Incredible location and walking distance to pretty much anywhere you'd want to eat and shop. The host had a very informational binder with a basket of snacks and water for when we checked in which was such a nice touch. We had a couple questions during our stay and Kathy was always incrediby responsive. We will definitely be back to Newport and would love to stay again!

Cute, Clean, Great Location

We were coming to town for a wedding and wanted to stay near the shops and restaurants. Communication with Kathy was easy and accurate. We arrived late and the instructions to enter the property were perfect. Location is tremendous and the unit is as described and wonderfully clean.

Fabulous Location

The apartment was in a great location and very clean and spacious. I think they need to be more direct about the fact that they have a pass for street parking as opposed to a parking spot. The host was very helpful with clarifying the check in process because I did not get information from VRBO.

Terrific

We loved everything about our rental. Ease of check in, apartment was bright, roomy and comfortable for four adults. We especially loved the location. We parked the car (thanks for the parking permit!) and never moved it all weekend. Location was truly walkable to EVERYTHING! There were a number of steps to enter the upstairs apartment but that was not a problem for our group. Definitely would recommend this rental again!

Excellent location, nice space

You couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Parking is on-street with a permit supplied by the rental unit. Window A/C units. Old historic building and freshly renovated unit. Comfortable space with the expected amenities. VRBO didn’t provide check in details but we resolved it.

Kathy was a fantastic host! She was very clear in her communication to us about check in and answered all our questions. She was incredibly friendly and prompt in answering questions. The condo was very clean and we felt very welcomed.

Overall, that experience. AC unit in the master bedroom really loud and does not blow cold air. It was extremely hot weekend in Newport.
