Communication with the host was excellent. The condo was as clean as described and shown in pictures. We enjoyed our stay and would book again. Being on Thames put you within walking distance to everything. The only negative was the noise at night, but it's all part of staying in the busy side of town.

Great location. Host was above and beyond on communication and getting a minor problem resolved ASAP. Beds were comfortable.One thing to note you are in the heart of downtown and near everything that also means at night on the weekends it can be a little loud from the street below

The location and overall experience was good; however, we were told about the Wyndam construction after we had booked a non refundable reservation. Plus, the city started jackhammering the street at 7:30am. Lastly, the only access to the property is through two flights of wooden stairs which is unlit and could be difficult for the general public.

This was a great space, and was very clean. It is on a fairly busy street and there is quite a bit of outside noise that you do hear in some of the rooms. They do provide noise machines, which is great. Parking is a little bit further than what we expected so with several bags it was a little bit of a challenge to get to where we were going, but we made it work! The hosts were very responsive with all of the questions that we had. Aside from the outside noise it really is a great location!

The location was great, clean and well appointed. There were two things that prevent me from giving a five star review. First was the bar down stairs that seemed as though it was in my room. The noise didn’t stop until after midnight every night! Second, the stairs leading up to the unit, while were sturdy, were two flights with railings full of splinters and void of light at night. I’m not sure if this was mentioned in the description, but certainly needs to be considered when booking if you carry a 45 pound suitcase.

Great space for a group of 5, and the apartment is centrally located. The unit was clean and had updated finishes. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
