This 1500 sq house with a first floor open living two bathroom house is centrally located in Downtown Newport. The property is steps off Thames St. in the thriving downtown/waterfront area where its lined on each side with countless bars, restaurants, shops and historic homes.
The downstairs is an open-concept kitchen/dining room/living room /sun room. Downstairs has multiple seating areas for entertaining or to chill out it also has a full bathroom and Laundry room/mudroom. Upstairs has one full bathroom and bedrooms each with good size closets and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. Bedrooms have a queen bed in each room and one bedroom has a twin and a full bed. The house is ideal for families, couples or groups looking for a in town location that you can park your cars and be a walking distance to all downtown Newport has to offer. Easton Beach (1st Beach) & the Cliff Walk are also a walking distance approx. 20-25 mins. (Driving 6 mins.), Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach) (Driving 12 mins) & the Mansions on Bellevue Ave are approx. 15 - 20 mins walking distance depending on which one you want to visit (Driving 5 mins). Water Shuttle can be accessed walking distance 8 mins. from the house which offers a hop on - hop off service and you can explore the harbor and visit some of the amazing sights such as Fort Adam. Golf Course (Newport National Golf Club) is about 7 miles always (Driving 16 mins). The house comes with all the amenities, WIFI, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, central A/C and off street parking for 4 cars. Minimum of 3 night stay during the month of July & August. 2 Night minimum stay during the other months.

Do not hesitate to book this Vrbo.!! Just finished a girls weekend (4 ladies) . The location was amazing. One block from all the action on a quiet ,safe, side street. Very clean, well-thought out and so so comfortable. Beds and bedding were amazing , plus a tv in all 3 bedrooms! Room for 2 cars to park was a bonus. Host was quick to respond and Ck in/ck out simple and easy . Had everything plus more than we needed! Exceeded expectation! We hope to be back and will recommend to all friends and family! Thank you!

The location surpassed our expectations! Quick walk to explore Thames St or head the other way to explore King Park and enjoy the harbor at sunset. House was clean and more spacious than anticipated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parked two cars with ample space for a third. Would not hesitate to return. I can not emphasize more how perfect this location is.

The location was amazing. We were able to park three cars with no issue and walk to just about everything we wanted to do. The house was on a quiet street and very clean. Would definitely book this place again.

Might want to change the description to reflect that there were 3 bedrooms rather than 2. We like to sit outdoors and there were not the outside table and chairs until 5 days into our stay. The rental was very well equipped and extraordinarily clean. Location was wonderful.

It really is a perfect location! Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. Beautiful, relaxing house with a lovely kitchen. The beds are so comfortable. It was a wonderful vacation and we would love to stay here again. 10/10 !

Great location off of Thames St. Super walkable to bars and shops. The off street parking is a life saver if you are bringing a car. The house was clean, beds and couches comfy, and checking in and out was a breeze.

The name says it all… location can’t be beat. Close enough to all yet far enough to get restful sleeps. Very clean, updated and a lovely beach vibe in every room.

Great stay in Newport
Very clean well-furnished spacious property in great location in Newport. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and local attractions. Off-street parking is a bonus!
