Cute bungalow in downtown clearwater, near clearwater beach, golf and restaurant
This home is like away from home. Recently renovated home. Everything is new. Comfortable beds and furniture. A tv in every room with wi-fi. A great kitchen with granite countertops and all the cooking equipment that you might need. The living room has an electric fireplace for that little bit of extra comfort. A nice fenced in back yard for your privacy with comfortable furniture. For those that like grilling, there is an out door gas grill for your use. The front porch is enclosed for your comfort or if you like sitting outside there is a deck on the front that you can enjoy the outdoors too. The front entrance has steps and a ramp to make it easier to take your things in and out. Everything you need is provided. Just bring your cloths and personal items and you are all set. You will love staying in this house. The neighborhood is quite and the neighbors are friendly. If you like golf or the beach both are within minutes of the unit. Downtown Clearwater is just minutes away with the newly updated Coachman Park with free concerts in the park ( when available) and a children's splash zone and children's play area. Downtown Clearwater also has many good restaurants. Their are also restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance of the unit.

My husband and I are transplants from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. We have lived here in Clearwater since 2000. We love the area we enjoy biking and hanging out with kids and grandkids. We have a miniature Australian Shephard.

We love this neighborhood, as it is family oriented with long term families. It is very up and coming with a lot of newly renovated homes.

My house is newly renovated, with an open concept living room kitchen. Everything is new and updated. Feels like home away from home. This house is conveniently located to everything. An organic grocery, a CVS and restaurants are all within walking distance. If you like golf there many within a ten to fifteen minute drive, one is even a two minute drive. If you like the beach it is within a 15 minute drive. Or you can take the Jolly trolly or the water taxi , both within minutes from your door and you won’t be paying for parking on the beach. If you like amusement parks they are within 30 mins to 1.5 hrs.
