Welcome to our fully-renovated Adirondack retreat within the Conklin Cottage home, centrally located in the charming village of Saranac Lake, 15 minutes from downtown Lake Placid. The entire three bedroom, two bathroom unit has been expertly curated to highlight all four ADK seasons. For winter ski retreats to summer outdoor adventures, this unit serves as the perfect home base for any ADK trip.

We are local experts - ask us anything, we’re here to ensure your ADK stay is one to remember.

Fully remodeled ADK retreat centrally located in charming Saranac Lake w/parking, 15 mins from Lake Placid. Primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed with cozy reading area, gorgeous en suite bath featuring a rain shower & LED antifog mirror. Cabin room w/ queen bed and floor to ceiling hand-crafted pine walls with natural light. Third bedroom contains pine bunk beds. Second full bath provides a tub/shower. Living room is perfect for lounging. Dining room also serves as a game room for memory making!

Location, Location Location! After a long day on the mountain skiing/boarding, adventuring on cross country skis, snowmobiling, ice climbing, tubing or exploring our winter wonderland your conveniently located in the center of town.

Walking distance to everything Saranac Lake has to offer: Lake Flower, coffee shops, the bagel/bakery shop, the grocery store, farmers market, bars, retail shops, and restaurants. Come see why Saranac Lake was voted “Best Place to Buy a Lake House in 2023” by Travel + Leisure (Oct. 2022)!

Little weekend getaway

Beautiful and clean. Walking distance to good food and cute little shops. 10 minutes to Lake Placid, Tupper Lake is not far either. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Too short a stay

Very well equipped. Adorably decorated. Definitely would stay again! Host was great at communicating

Good location

The space is well decorated . It is in the heart of everything but that means it comes at a price with noise. It’s on a corner and you can hear all the traffic. We stayed in February which means the plows going by at all hours shook the house and woke us all up. Pillows are super hard, queen bed was also hard. My brother stayed in the king bed and said it was fine. Maybe I just got unlucky. parking is also an issue and wish it was stated in the listing. You only get one parking spot. (The owner helped us out by giving us extra spots if his other units were empty.) And street parking is only two hours or there are bans during the winter months for snow removal. Otherwise it suited our needs. They have everything (most amenities) you can want. The person who takes care of it did great with snow removal and even made us homemade chocolate chip cookies that were amazing!

Awesome Place

My family and I had a magnificent stay. The location was fabulous - walking distance to everything. Access was easy. The inside was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything you could need for making home cooked meals. The beds were comfortable. The layout was good, we each felt like we had our own space, but the common areas were cozy and great for our family. The host made everything easy and checked in during our stay to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend staying here. It was fabulous!
