It's time for an Upstate, NY trip where you'll take in the fresh mountain air and see the beautiful Catskill Mountains!
This Cozy Saugerties A-Frame retreat is ideal for a family or couples’ escape year 'round. A charming 2-bed, 2-bath, A-Frame home sits on a secluded, wooded, 1-acre lot with wonderful views of the Catskills Mountains.
Boasting a massive 24’ x 16’ outdoor deck, you can enjoy your morning coffee or take in some nighttime star gazing. This rustic home also provides a fully equipped kitchen stocked with cookware, flatware, utensils & spices!
PLEASE NOTE-- THERE IS NO MICROWAVE…
Plus, amenities such as Free Wi-Fi, 3 Smart TVs, an outdoor gas BBQ grill as well as a Propane Fire Pit…. All making this, the place to be for your next retreat. (AC & Heat).
I do allow Pets. 1 Dog - 20lb Max / THERE IS A PET FEE.
Located right down the block from Opus40, this amazing Stone Sculpture Park hosts several art and musical events throughout the year and is the perfect place for an afternoon excursion.
A short drive into the Town of Saugerties, gives you a wide variety of places to shop and explore. Plus there are many Cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite.
You’re also just a 10 minute drive to Woodstock too!

So, if you're going to roll around in the leaves or grass… walking in the woods and being out in the yard, then I highly recommend you take off your clothes put them in the dryer and run for 20 minutes, and then do the Hudson Valley / Saugerties foreplay, check each other all over !

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay here. The property was comfortable and well-equipped (also excellently labeled, like light switches!) and the location is very peaceful. Very smooth booking and welcoming communication from the owner. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the house, which was quiet and comfortable with a huge yard - perfect for us and our traveling dogs. Both decks, front and back, are surrounded by railings and the back deck has a gate, allowing the dogs to enjoy the decks, too. The neighborhood is quiet with minimal traffic while still close to everything. We will happily book again the next time we're in the area.

The property was great and the host provided a kitchen stocked with supplies for cooking. It has a wide, open yard and decks on both sides of the house. Great for working remotely, solid Wi-Fi, and 15 minute drive to Woodstock. The host provided a binder chock full of information for families with young children. Very clean and peaceful.

Very quiet and secluded. Nice and safe area. Very clean. Second floor view was amazing. Well stocked and wish could have spent more time. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Lovely A frame home! We stayed here while my daughter competed at HITS and its location is ideal distance to the venue but also secluded enough to destress after a long day. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Love the big windows and plenty of grass for our dog to get her zoomies out!

absolutely incredible home and property! Nick is one of the most thoughtful hosts I've had in all my years doing vacation rentals since the early years of the online market boom. the home was clean, inviting, and had everything you need for an extended stay. he was proactive with all communications and made sure we were set up to have a good time in the area. I wish we could have stayed another night -- we will definitely be coming back!

Family of three and fur baby had a most relaxing and wonderful time here. We loved this area and went out every day. The A-Frame is accommodations is great and the area is quiet and secluded. Perfect.

This is a wonderful property, well stocked, peaceful and quiet with lots of windows. It is tastefully decorated with a wonderful deck to enjoy time with friends and family.

Fantastic Saugerties Hideaway

My daughter and I enjoyed everything about our stay. Nick was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful. We will definitely look to stay here again the next time we are in Saugerties.

I have enjoyed and absolutely loved having this place in Saugerties since 1995. I've done many updates but unfortunately don't have as much time to use it and appreciate it as I once did.
As guests, I hope you find this rustic A-Frame house to be as calming, relaxing and peaceful as I have for so many years.
It's an amazing place to get away form the insanity of life, even if only for a few days.
