Cozy cottage in great location - what a gem in Fredericksburg! The attention to details, amenities and decor was well appreciated from the front porch to the backyard and everything in-between. Always appreciate coffee starters, wine glasses in wine country is a must, large dinning table for food and snacks. The pictures are spot on and the community vibe is great - so close to downtown! We will be back . . .

We loved our stay!

Perfect for a girls getaway! There were four of us total. The house was just lovely. We had a wonderful time, drank a lot of wine and spent too much money. It was fabulous!

Wonderful stay! Everything was excellent and exactly as pictured and described. The house is stocked with everything you will need and everything you can think of! Will visit and stay again!

The house was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious with plenty of storage and bathroom space for our group. It felt very cozy and welcoming. The outside area was wonderful and the fire pit and hot tub were a big bonus. The kitchen is stocked well and it is in walking distance to downtown. Plenty of parking for guests as well. The host also quickly responded to any questions we had, such as turning the AC on. We would absolutely return again!

Family time with friends and family our tradition every year the weekend after Thanksgiving

We loved our stay!

This house was so comfortable and well cared for. Ours was a girls trip and everything we needed was provided. Close to town and many restaurants. Our favorite was a “no chores checkout “. Just lock the door and leave. Will stay there again for sure!

This adorable home could not have been better, from the amazing porch all decorated for Christmas, to the beautiful furnishings and decor inside. The backyard was amazing too with a nice table area, seating area, a great photo op area and jacuzzi that was warm when we got there. Me and three friends went for a girl's trip for the weekend to enjoy Fredericksburg for the holidays and it was the perfect place to stay! Everything you can thing of was provided! Any thing you might need in the kitchen was there and the bathrooms also. There was even a small portable fan in each bedroom closet and q-tips and cotton balls in the bathrooms, along with too many other things to list. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would!! Would definitely love to come back for another stay!

A great place to stay in Fredericksburg while on a girls trip away. The house is set up nicely in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen had all of the appliances needed.
