Unit 10 is a beautifully decorated condo on Lake Hamilton's lake front. Parking level condo, just steps to lakeside. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Great view, lovely cove for swimming and fishing. King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Condo is equipped with a Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms, and High Speed Internet.

Enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while watching the evening sunset, or check out Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino or Downtown Hot Springs, both are very close by. Many Great Dinning and Night Life options very close to the Condo.

The lake is great for boating, kayaking, water skiing, and tubing. Unit comes with a designated Boat Slip. Find one of the many lake coves for swimming or swim right out your back door in a great quiet cove.

Our Historic downtown offers boutique shopping, Craft Brewery, great restaurants (Rooftop at Waters Hotel offers great views), hot springs baths, massages and facials as well as some great pubs and music venues.

Our condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. It is in a 20 unit complex with plenty of parking. If you have had enough of the sun and outdoors, relax with a movie on TV. Enjoy a stroll in Historic Bathhouse Row or press your luck at Oaklawn Horse Racing and Casino, both a short drive away. High speed Wireless Internet provided.
Door Bell camera present for extra security.

This condo was excellent. The kitchen was stocked perfectly. There were plenty of towels. Bed and pillows were so comfy.

The location was nice. Everyone located around us was friendly. The view of the water was wonderful. The description given in the listening was completely accurate. It is a little difficult to get into the parking lot if having to turn left, as it is a busy road. And the busy roadway does affect the peacefulness of the setting to a certain extent. Overall for us and our pup, it was a great getaway to Hot Springs!

Everything was as it said. I enjoyed my stay. It was nice and quiet just what I needed. I just wish there were better chairs on the balcony other than the iron chairs that didn’t have a big seat. I would have loved to have had my coffee out there but it just wasn’t comfortable. The bed is older and dips in, furniture needs to be updated, and coffee pot wouldn’t work until I called the lady that is local. She told me where to plug it up. She was awesome. If you stay here and the coffee maker won’t work, move it to the bar and plug it in there. It’s a little inconvenient but it beats buying one. Other than that I loved it.

Such a fantastic property! Location is great! Extremely clean and comfortable! Highly recommend this property for couples. Bed is great and towels are thick and fluffy! Lake view is a total asset!

The unit was comfortable and inviting. Exactly what we wanted for a little get-away. The location is close to everything we wanted and the lake view was so relaxing.

Very quiet and peaceful. I do like to walk and there wasn’t any sidewalks to walk on as the road the condo is off of is very busy.

Place was real clean and neat. Plenty of towels and other accessories. Kitchen was stocked well. microwave acted up a little but np . Convenient location lol just have to watch the traffic.

Lake was great. Convenient to parks and activities. Pet-friendly, but need to secure area especially along the road. Clean, except items under couch and beds that small pets find. I would come back again!

The condo was perfect for us, and had everything we needed. The view is so relaxing and peaceful. The only downside we could come up with is the icemaker dropping ice during the night, but the mattress is so comfy, so you fall right back to sleep. If you’re not used to hearing it, you may want to sleep with the bedroom door closed. We will hopefully get back to visit again.

Over all not bad, my biggest issue was it said it sleeps 4, it had 1 bed and two 2 inch foam pad. I think the listing should be more clear about that.

the condo was clean and Brian was great at getting the TV going for us. He called Karen ? and she came to the condo and fixed the problem so we could watch TV. The view was beautiful overlooking Lake Hamilton. we will definently be back next April. Stayed here for the last 3 years. Found the ideal place for my husband and myself.Thank you Brian for allowing us to stay there again.
