Right on the water

Welcome to a beautiful condo located right on Lake Hamilton! This is a super cozy and clean 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom- perfect for small families or a couples getaway! The master bedroom has a queen and its own bathroom. There is also a pull out twin bed ottoman in the master bedroom. There is a second full bath and sofa bed in the living room. Located on a very quiet part of the lake, this condo is unbeatable with peaceful lake access right off of the main canal.

The space
Rarely can a more cozy and desirably located condo be found! Enjoy Hamilton Shores 4 that has amenities galore- This condo has a kitchen, washer, and dryer. We offer WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room . Guests can log into their favorite streaming service and watch their shows.

Enjoy Lake Hamilton, right in the backyard of this condo, and explore all of the activities that the water may hold! Nearby marinas such as Hot Springs Marina, Salty Dog Marina, or Gregg Orr Marina offer boat rentals. Enjoy water-sports, restaurants on the water, or a nice sunset drive!

Our property is located in beautiful Hot Springs, Arkansas, convenient to popular attractions such as Historic Downtown Hot Springs, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, Northwood Trails, Magic Springs, Mid-America Museum, and all of the gorgeous surrounding lakes: Lake Catherine, Lake Degray, Lake Ouachita, and Lake Hamilton. There is also all grocery, shopping, restaurants and dining, and entertainment that all begin within minutes of our property!

Come enjoy a getaway with ease of access to desirable Hot Springs, and a property that is setup for a perfect stay!

The property was amazing!! Amazing location right on the water. The view from your private balcony was great any time of day. The unit itself was great. It had just about everything you could think of that you would need during your stay. Lots of extra towels, beach towels, linens, etc. It was stocked with coffee, sugar, creamer, and filters so there was no need to have to go buy or bring these items. Fishing rods and pool noodles board games and decks of cards were great touches. The host was very very responsive. I would 100% recommend this unit/place as a great place to stay!!

We loved our two-night stay at this condo. It was very clean, the scenery was beautiful, and the location was perfect for everything we needed. The price was excellent, and one of our favorite parts was how easy it was to get to and enjoy the water. Our only complaints were the bed and there was no iron or ironing board. We would have gladly stayed longer if it had been available.

Family vacation

Wonderful get away for family or couple! Right on the water couldnt be more true! We spent our afternoons in the lake and nights on the balcony with a gorgeous view!

Our condo is the perfect set up for two couples or a family to enjoy for a weekend, a week, or longer. We have personally spent months at a time enjoying being right on the water and right in town. A small complex with only 20 units the area is not crowded with supurb views of the water from anywhere in the condo. All of that and you're minutes away from any shopping or entertainment in town you may want to partake of.
