Your next Killington mountain escape is calling! Within walking distance of Killington Resort, you can enjoy unbeatable convenience for access to the lifts for endless winter fun. The summer months can be spent hiking and sightseeing at nearby hotspots like Thundering Brook Falls and the Coolidge State Forest.

The condo's cozy and spacious interior boasts a comfortable living room with an electric fireplace and a well-equipped, stainless steel kitchen. TVs in the living room and bedroom provide flexible entertainment options wherever you choose to enjoy some downtime at home. An on-site washer/dryer provides added convenience during your stay.

Things to Know
This building will undergo roof construction from May 6, 2024, until October 31, 2024, and scaffolding will begin going up around Building 3 on May 13, 2024. We request guests be careful of the scaffolding and not approach it. The balcony will not be useable during summer construction, though a sheet of plywood will be placed across the slider for you to open for light and airflow. Work hours are typically from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (evening/weekend work may occur). There may also be times when the construction company will need access to your vacation rental (you will be contacted ahead of time).

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Both elevators in Building 3 will be down due to maintenance from November 6, 2023, until November 9, 2023, from 7 a.m. through 5 p.m.
Mountain Green Amenities will be closed until further notice. No refunds or discounts will be given due to this. The Shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season. The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. Please visit the Mountain Green Resort website to get up-to-date status on amenities by clicking the 'Today's Amenities Schedule' link found on the home page. Vacasa will do its best to provide updates as we are notified. Mountain Green does shut the amenities down towards the end of March annually for Spring Maintenance.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are Surveillance Cameras located outside all Mountain Green Buildings as well as in the shared Hallways throughout Mountain Green. There are no cameras in this home.

Ski shuttle details: A short walk to Killington’s Snowshed Lodge, or take the free shuttle bus! During ski season, a free shuttle bus runs the two-minute ride to Snowshed Base Lodge; every 15 minutes on weekends, every 30 minutes on weekdays.


Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
