We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you encountered and the inconsistencies with the towels. We did explain to you when you booked the night prior to your arrival that we normally have housekeeping check the room prior to arrival, but we did not have anyone on staff to complete the inspection that day. We did notify you that someone could come in to take care of anything the next morning, but you declined our offer. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure these details are addressed for future guests. We also appreciate you reporting the fan in the master bath so that it could be safely handled. We would be delighted to host you again and ensure your next stay is even more comfortable. Thanks for your review. We are glad that you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately, it is the HOA rules (not our rule as a rental company) that 1 and 2 bedrooms get 1 parking pass and 3 bedrooms get 2 parking passes. The cars that you saw without passes might have been owners that have owner passes that are stickers versus the hanging passes. Security walks the garage and gives violations for not having passes. We hope that you will visit again soon.
