Thanks for your review and feedback. We will relay your suggestions to the HOA who handles the amenity areas. We do apologize for any inconvenience at arrival with the electronic key cards. Sometimes those have a mind of their own, but I am glad that once we got you in you didn't have any other issues during your stay at the beach. Come back to visit again soon!

Thanks for staying with us again at Water's Edge Resort. We are glad that you enjoyed the resort and its' location to all the Grand Strand has to offer. We apologize that you were not as happy with this condo during this stay. Unfortunately, these condos are all individually owned, so they are all stocked and furnished differently. Next time, I would recommend calling the front desk and asking about the condos prior to booking. We hope you will come back to enjoy the beach and amenities again soon.
