Lavish Condo on the Parkway!!

Welcome to our home! Same owners just new remodel of existing condo.
Fully remodeled kitchen and Master bathroom. New light fixtures though out and
new carpet in both bedrooms. New master shower as well.

Our master bedroom holds a king size bed and your own private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing in.
The second bedroom offers 2 new queen beds accommodating 2-4 guests. Private access to the second bath and dressing table in the bedroom.

Each bedroom has their own TV allowing everyone to watch their favorite TV shows.

The upgraded granite topped, wooden cabinet kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare snacks or meals at home or to warm up left overs from one of our many great restaurants. A washer and dryer in our condo is provided for your convenience allowing you to return home with clean laundry.

The dining area easily accommodates 6 to dine or gathering for a board game or card game. A variety of games are provided for your use during your stay.

When the day comes to an end, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or catch your favorite show . There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. Free WI-FI is included in the unit.
This property does have a RING doorbell. Parking passes are MANDATORY if you don’t display pass you will be towed. Parking pass is left in the unit for your use and must be returned upon your departure. If pass is not returned, a fine will be charged.

Great spot

A quiet getaway from the busy streets of Gatlinburg. Here for a dance competition at the convention center. Convenient walking distance to the center and several places to eat and shop. Clean and well kept.

We enjoyed this visit so much !!! Everything was clean and the condo was dressed beautifully with fall decor ! The home is well stocked with everything you need . Drop your bags and just sit back and relax on your mountain vacation . Everyone in our group truly loved this condo with it's downtown location and restaurants nearby . We saw bears 3 times which thrilled us to no end...lol ! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home and helping us to make some beautiful memories ! Lisa is so wonderful to work with and truly made this trip a joy ! Thank you again ! This will always be our first choice when visiting Gatlinburg !!!

Great condo

Very clean, well stocked/appointed, fast responding owners. Great location with good dining nearby. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Absolutely would stay here again.

Best condo on the strip!

This is the BEST condo on the strip! We come to TN every year and always stay at this complex but this unit is by FAR the best one we’ve stayed in! Super clean and cozy, extra blankets and comfy furniture make it feel like home. We love staying here and look forward to it every year. The hosts are AMAZING! So friendly and accommodating. You won’t regret booking this unit, you’ll never book any other!

Condo was clean and inviting, also extremely well stocked with anything you could need to make your stay easy and comfortable. The onsite elevator makes walking to strip easy and quick, Will definitely be staying there again.

Perfect spot on the strip

The property was conveniently located to Gatlinburg Convention Center and attractions, very spacious and comfortable, next to the elevator and pool, kitchen and bathroom was well-stocked and owners were very responsive in dealing with an issue on arrival. I would recommend this unit and definitely stay here again if back in town.

Short getaway

This is the second time staying here and it was perfect for us again. Everyone enjoyed being able to walk to town and not having to look for parking. We had a visitor by the pool one evening. We’ll definitely be back .

Relax downtown

Condo is so close to mainstreet gatlinburg you dont need a car. But, it is completely quiet. Extremely well stocked, neurotically clean (in a good way), and smelled good. Would definitely stay again.

Great location

This property was perfect for walking the Gatlinburg strip. It was great for having teens be able to walk the streets themselves. That allowed my wife and I to enjoy a couple of date nights and feel confident that the boys were safe. Loved the space. The rooms were good sizes and had all the amenities we needed.

This condo is beautiful, very clean and in a great location!

We had an issue with the TV(mostly our issue) but we contacted the owners and they immediately called us back and talked us through it! We absolutely loved the condo and the location! Kitchen has everything you need! We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect location, easy downtown access

This is our favorite location in Gatlinburg. Easy access to the street level via an elevator. A few steps from the elevator are multiple restaurants. The condo is fully furnished, including a Keurig coffee maker. Nice powered recliners.

Vacay 2023

Lisa and Gregg and excellent hosts. The condo was exactly what we expected it to be and the children greatly appreciated the clean pool. We were walking distance to everything, and very thankful for the elevator that takes you street side. I would rent this property again.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved this property. The location. The amenities. The space. My parents, husband and 2 children stayed and more than enough room. Right off Gatlinburg Parkway downtown. Right next to the bypass to pigeon forge. Would stay any time we come back!

Beautiful renovated condo

This condo is located in the heart of Gatlinburg. We have stayed in this building for the past 8 years and this specific condo at least twice. This property specifically is owned by wonderful people who communicated with us throughout the whole stay without a problem. They stocked the unit with many things you may need during your stay. It definitely feels like home while you’re there. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to next years trip!! And hope to stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your mountain home with us.

Epitome of Home Away

This condo was so welcoming with the Christmas decorations and personal touches. My family and I felt like it was our own. We will definitely be returning to this condo on our next trip to Gatlinburg. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for us to spend our holiday weekend.

Lisa and I live in Hebron, Ky just south of Cincinnati, OH and have 4 wonderful children and blessed with 6 grandchildren. Lisa grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky. Our kids graduated college from Northern Kentucky University, Quincy University, Quincy IL, University of Kentucky and University of Cincinnati.

After staying at various accomodations, we feel that Summit Manor has the best location on the strip and offers the most convenience. We feel so strongly in our statements that we decided to purchase one for ourselves to enjoy.
