Lavish Condo on the Parkway!!

Welcome to our home! Same owners just new remodel of existing condo.
Fully remodeled kitchen and Master bathroom. New light fixtures though out and
new carpet in both bedrooms. New master shower as well.

Our master bedroom holds a king size bed and your own private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi for relaxing in.
The second bedroom offers 2 new queen beds accommodating 2-4 guests. Private access to the second bath and dressing table in the bedroom.

Each bedroom has their own TV allowing everyone to watch their favorite TV shows.

The upgraded granite topped, wooden cabinet kitchen is fully equipped for you to prepare snacks or meals at home or to warm up left overs from one of our many great restaurants. A washer and dryer in our condo is provided for your convenience allowing you to return home with clean laundry.

The dining area easily accommodates 6 to dine or gathering for a board game or card game. A variety of games are provided for your use during your stay.

When the day comes to an end, turn on the gas fireplace and cozy up on the couch to watch a movie or catch your favorite show . There are DVD players in the living room and master bedroom. Free WI-FI is included in the unit.
This property does have a RING doorbell. Parking passes are MANDATORY if you don’t display pass you will be towed. Parking pass is left in the unit for your use and must be returned upon your departure. If pass is not returned, a fine will be charged.

Great stay

The condo was perfect. It is in a great location and had everything we needed for our stay. At first, the walk up the hill to the condo looked intimidating, but my family and I had no problem with it. It actually got easier each time. Not having to drive every day was awesome. We could just walk out to the Parkway for a bite to eat or to spend time sightseeing. We found the beds and sofa to be extremely comfortable and the condo is decorated beautifully. We were in and out a lot because of the freezing temperatures during our visit so it was wonderful to have a beautiful, warm, and comfy condo to come back to relax in. Having the jetted tub in the master was a great bonus! Lisa and Greg were easy to contact and super friendly. The whole experience with this stay was very relaxed, no nitpicky requirements before checking out. We appreciated that the hosts only required common sense and respect for their property. We will definitely look for this location first for our next stay in Gatlinburg.

Beautiful renovated condo

This condo is located in the heart of Gatlinburg. We have stayed in this building for the past 8 years and this specific condo at least twice. This property specifically is owned by wonderful people who communicated with us throughout the whole stay without a problem. They stocked the unit with many things you may need during your stay. It definitely feels like home while you’re there. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to next years trip!! And hope to stay here again. Thank you again for sharing your mountain home with us.

Best Condo on the Strip

This was the best condo I’ve ever stayed at the Summit Manor! It was extremely clean, modern, and cozy. We loved staying here and felt so cozy. It was very clean and well maintained. The extra blankets, pillows, and toiletries were super thoughtful as well. We will definitely be back!

Very clean, well stocked/appointed, fast responding owners. Great location with good dining nearby. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Absolutely would stay here again.

Short getaway

This is the second time staying here and it was perfect for us again. Everyone enjoyed being able to walk to town and not having to look for parking. We had a visitor by the pool one evening. We’ll definitely be back .

Summit Manor Condo

The condo was clean and everything we needed. Quick responses for any questions. Got a visitor the second day we were there right below our balcony from second floor. It is very convenient and right off the main parkway in center Gatlinburg. This makes it a quick walk, a few steps to shops and restaurants on the parkway but if their is any mobility challenges there is an elevator you can use that belongs to quality inn I believe which sits right behind Summit Condos that will take you just as quick to the parkway to the same shops and restaurants. One more great thing about this condo is that the elevator is literally 3 to 4 steps to the room. Just overall great location, clean, quickly accessible, and responsive hosts. Thank You for sharing your home with us in such a beautiful place.

Beautiful place

My family and I travel a lot and I have to say this is probably one of if not the nicest, cleanest and most homely felling condo I have ever stayed in. Literally everything that you will need to make you stay comfortable is in this place. The location is also very well situated in the heart of gatlinburg and within walking distance of everything. I am an honest reviewer and say what I truly feel on reviews. The owners Lisa and Greg were also accommodating on my arrival time. We were in town for 3 days for a cheerleading competition and could not arrive until around 2AM the morning of our scheduled arrival date. Typically check in times are around 4pm but as no one was currently in the condo the were nice enough to allow us to come in early. I did see that the couple also has a vacation property on the beach in Florida so I will definitely be saving their number and contacting them about that property when we go back to Florida. If that property is anything like the one in Gatlinburg then they will definitely have a future renter in me. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice cozy home away from home feel. Thank you Greg and Lisa for sharing your lovely place with me and my family.

Almost Like Home

Hosts have nicely appointed the condo with everything you will need for a short stay. Plenty of paper towels, extra TP, coffee filters, starter set of coffee pods, food wraps, laundry & dish detergents, hand soaps, & toiletries. All of the appliances are new, nice quality & easy to use. And our fave thing were the couches/recliners. They were super comfy. TV was set up to make it easy to connect to our devices. Beds were comfy & towels were huge & soft. Owners were quick to respond to minor issues. Lisa was caring, very friendly & had a fun personality. My only wish was that there was better water pressure in the main shower. Long hair & no water pressure isn't the best combo. However, this condo will still be our first choice for future stays in the area. Homey & comfortable. Owners have thoughtfully considered guests needs. >^..^<

March trip

It was a fantastic location, close to everything. We walked pretty much everywhere except our National Park days and Pigeon Forge day. Owners were very kind. This is our second time in this complex.

Comforts of Home

Stayed here for spring break with our 3 kids. This place was clean and great location to town. The condo had the comforts of home. You open draws and it has zip lock bags, Laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. All the little items you don’t want to carry with you on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Relax downtown

Condo is so close to mainstreet gatlinburg you dont need a car. But, it is completely quiet. Extremely well stocked, neurotically clean (in a good way), and smelled good. Would definitely stay again.

Lisa and I live in Hebron, Ky just south of Cincinnati, OH and have 4 wonderful children and blessed with 6 grandchildren. Lisa grew up on the west side of Cincinnati, I was born and raised in eastern Kentucky. Our kids graduated college from Northern Kentucky University, Quincy University, Quincy IL, University of Kentucky and University of Cincinnati.

After staying at various accomodations, we feel that Summit Manor has the best location on the strip and offers the most convenience. We feel so strongly in our statements that we decided to purchase one for ourselves to enjoy.

There are many benefits to this property, like being located on a hill where you are able to enjoy the feeling of seclusion and peacefulness of being in the mountains, yet you can simply take the complexes elevelator and be on the street level in seconds!
