Three bedroom, Three bath lakefront villa in Heron Marsh 89. This villa has an exceptional lake view and is beautifully updated and decorated. Featuring granite kitchen countertops, hardwood floors in the front room, dining room, and foyer with plantation shutters throughout. A large deck overlooks the lake. The villa location is close to he Heron Marsh community swimming pool, beach access and tennis courts.

Amazing!

We have stayed at the resort before, but never at a unit like this one. The unit was clean, well taken care of, perfectly located within the resort and was perfect for a family of 8. The resort itself is very family friendly and safe and has everything you would want. The beach is clean and just a short walk away. We will definitely be back!

Kitchen needs a colander

Great location near the beach. Clean property and as-advertised. Pasta is a go-to for vacation renters (especially those with children) and it was pretty surprising that a basic kitchen tool was nowhere to be found.

When we got to the Litchfield by the Sea check in desk (development where Lakeside Villas are) they told us our reservation was not this unit but at Heron Marsh (also on property). When we said that was incorrect, they found another, smaller Lakeside Villas unit my DIL and grandchildren could use. They made it work, but it’s a mystery to me why there was a discrepancy between our rental through VRBO and what they were seeing on their computer. Never solved.
