Usted se encuentra en un barrio agradable, a sólo 5 minutos a pie por la calle de la playa de Windansea en La Jolla. Nuestra dirección, La Jolla Rushville st. 92037. Es ideal para la natación, el surf y la pesca o simplemente disfrutar de la puesta de sol.
El dormitorio 3 cuenta actualmente con muy cómodas camas, ventiladores y 2 televisores de alta definición con Direct TV.
La cocina está totalmente equipada. Hay una barbacoa y una opción de comer fuera.
Nuestra calle es muy tranquila. Al este se encuentra la cancha de tenis que es gratuito y el siguiente bloque de la piscina en Fay Ave. Ambos pertenecen a la escuela secundaria de La Jolla. En Draper Ave, 5 cuadras al norte se encuentra La Jolla Biblioteca y centro de recreación. bicicleta de pista Sur.
Tenemos fans, pero no A / C, ya que vivimos a 3 cuadras de la playa y un techo blanco, por lo que se mantiene fría.
El supermercado está situado entre Girard Ave y la pera de San
Los centros comerciales y restaurantes - calle de la perspectiva.

Advertised as 3 blocks but more like “ city blocks” so took longer than we thought to get to beach ( 15 minutes ) lugging beach gear. NO AC so afternoons got hot /humid even w fans on . No screens on windows or security screen on doors so have to close all when we left . Thank goodness cooled down at night . Not enough towels for 6 of us and no beach towels . But host reminded us to bring our own beach towels. Texting host was much better than waiting for vrbo response . Overall a good stay.

I enjoyed the quiet quaintness about this home and the neighborhood. The closeness to the beach and amenities was excellent too. Comfortable, clean, cozy experience

We had a fantastic week in La Jolla. The home is cute with everything you need for your stay. The owner was extremely helpful and easy to reach at any time. Perfect for families and especially with kids. Walking distance to food, coffee shops, and the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again.

Great getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. The home is as described and was a great fit for our family of 7. The ping pong table and distance to the beach were perfect! Communication was excellent. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

The location was perfect, booking was easy. We weren’t expecting all of the personal photos and decor but that was fine. The garage door broke when we opened it once in effort to not drag sand through the house. the cable system failed. The homeowner charged us 350 for a tune up and new cables to be installed . I am shocked that VRBO allows tor homeowner to claim that we misused the door and charged my card without speaking to us first. This is basic home owner maintenance. I obviously am disputing the charge. It’s a shame because we all said we would stay there again next year and this has caused us to change our minds.

Family stay

The owners are kind and easy to work with. The house is close to all that is happening in La Jolla. It is also a nice place to hang in between outings. Kids loved the putting green and ping pong.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic stay in La Jolla!! Maritza was very gracious host! The house was spotless. We had fun walking to the beach and to many of the restaurants! Couldn't have asked for a better spot!! We will definitely return!

Great place/location

Loved the house! As advertised. Walkable to the beach, shops and restaurants. Patio is great for kids and adults. Owner really easy to deal with. Can’t wait to come back

Immaculately clean and comfortable home with fun activities in the yard (ping pong, basketball hoop) and beautiful plantings. Well-equipped kitchen with drip coffee maker, large toaster, dishwasher, etc. Nice looking area with an easy (less than 1 mile) walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. In driveway parking. Great value. Would highly recommend this rental!!

Highly recommend

We would definitely be back. The house was very clean, the property manager was readily available and accommodating. Lovely backyard space, great little putting green and ping pong table. Lots of great nearby restaurants, wonderful beach, etc

Quiet and Convenient

This was an awesome property for our family of four. It is in a central location to all of La Jolla. We walked to coffee and a beach nearly every morning, and to the Sunday farmers market. The house has many great beach toys and activities. Highly recommended.

Wish we could stay longer!

Lovely home with a beautiful yard. Surrounded by flowers! We had a little problem getting the key code and WiFi password, but had a wonderful stay! Ping pong and mini golf in the yard! Hope we get a chance to come back!

Grandma and Grandpa take 3 Grandchildren

Had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the yard playing basketball, ping pong, and putting. Great communication with our host. Both TVs worked great! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My wife and I went to visit our 2 kids who are university students in San Diego

The house is clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a small putting green and ping pong table outside which made for good entertainment.

San Diego Vacation

The property was as advertised. The house was clean.3 bedrooms perfect for our family of 6. Maritza the host was gracious. The ping- pong table and basketball court were a big hit with my Grandkids. The beach was beautiful and just a short 10min walk. Stores and restaurant's were close by. We will be back. Great time.

Great place, friendly owner

We really enjoyed our days here, where we got together with another family. It is perfect for 4-7 people and has great accommodations for kids. The nearby, easily walkable beach is beautiful -- don't miss going there for sunset! Convenient base for visiting Legoland and Seaworld as well. The owner is friendly, laid back, flexible, and helpful. Overall, it felt more like house-sitting for a friend than renting a place. We even had a chance to let our kids meet and play together. We hope to return!
