Great host, amazing location. Easy walk to La Jolla Cove (if you can handle a good size hill) or a short drive. Very close to Pavilion's Grocery Store if you want to cook at the house (we made several trips to the store). The walkability of La Jolla Cove and the amazing views make this a great place to stay. Short 10-15 min drive downtown San Diego as well. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in the cottage. The views were spectacular, particularly the sunsets. The nesting seagull on the roof directly in front was an added bonus. I would like to make one suggestion that would improve the experience for other seniors and that is the addition of grab bars in the bathrooms.

The views are what you pay for here, they are amazing. The neighborhood is great and quiet. Parking is always available. Very walkable to La Jolla cove and surrounding area. The beds unfortunately were a bit uncomfortable for us. While the kitchen is fully stocked it may be a little overstocked as there are no empty shelves for you to put away any groceries you purchase. Needs a few repairs here and there but nothing major. Overall a nice stay.

Great location and very clean

This is a great location to get our of the bust areas of La Jolla, but still very close to everything. The view from the deck is amazing. We would definitely stay here again

I really enjoyed my 10 days at this home! The ocean view was magnificent, and the home was comfortable and welcoming! It was easy to get to, easy to park, and an easy walk into town and to the Cove! The downtown area near the Cove can get quite congested with traffic, so this home offered the best of both worlds: a fabulous view and a quick, easy walk to see everything without having to get stuck in a line of cars trying to find parking! The host was kind, helpful, responsive, and provided lots of suggestions for locations to visit and places to eat. They answered my questions quickly.The home is nice with lots of amenities! A full kitchen is available if you want to stay in and cook. The beds are comfortable with extra blankets if needed, and there is a full washer and dryer.I honestly did not want to leave! I will definitely come back for another visit and bring my parents and my daughter. I know they will love the home as much as I did! On a side note, if you are elderly or have any mobility issues, this home is also a perfect choice! There are no stairs or curbs to contend with, so it's very senior- or handicap friendly!

Really nice stay in La Jolla

Comfortable, clean, nicely updated home in a great location! It’s on a hill, so it has a beautiful view of the cove area. The neighborhood was very quiet and parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

This property is located near the best walking trails. It's clean, comfortable and has all the amenities one would need. Owners are kind and considerate. We loved staying here and highly recommend it!

Great location, amazing view!

What a wonderful extended weekend we had in La Jolla. The house was beautiful and was the perfect location. A short walk to the beach and restaurants. If we are visiting La Jolla again, definitely staying here again! Owners were great as well!
