The additional barn hangout area is open to the yard. Equipped with cable, a smart TV that you can use to stream with your own accounts, a sports-themed bar, a mini fridge, foosball, air hockey, pool, and a putting green, this is a great spot to cheer, watch games, and engage in some playful competition.

Inside the main house, the fully updated interior boasts numerous seating areas and a full kitchen with a wine fridge. The light-filled bedrooms are equally comfortable with their soft linens, ample storage space, and private TVs. Three bedrooms are primary suites with private bathrooms. The kids will like their room's bunk beds, couches, and large TV—ideal for weekend cartoon viewings. Additional interior perks include a wood-burning fireplace, a private washer/dryer, and central air-conditioning.

Things to Know
The pool is open May 15-Oct 1. The hot tub is available for a fee, and for heat on demand.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
