Beautiful, peaceful property right on the river. Extremely clean with everything you need and plenty of space and activities. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend there and would book again.

Great home and great hosts. We have stayed at several homes on the White River and this was probably the one we have enjoyed the most. Very clean and convenient location. Would highly recommend.

Enjoying the Ozarks

The property is very tidy and organized. It has great river access and everything that you would need for a comfortable stay. The area is nice and there is a State Park within walking distance.

Wonderful retreat on the river

This property has everything you want and need for a river retreat. Sits right on the river. We played Cornhole and had fires each night. Perfect stay!

Fishing trip

This is by far one of the nicest places on the White River. The view of the White River is spectacular! It was very clean and Gary was a great host and very accommodating. Highly recommmend!!

Great River House

Great house in a great location with the best backyard on the patio. I’ve stayed at. Everything you need is there including horseshoes, fire pit, outdoor furniture and a great clean house inside. We stay there again when I’m back.

Incredible house on the White River

The house was everything it said it was when booking. We got lucky to have the weather to enjoy the front river view and the house was much more spacious than I anticipated. It was very clean and Gary was a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

Family getaway

Great property right on the river. Perfect our big family”s getaway. A minutes drive to Gaston’s and State Park. Clean and equipped for all our entrainment needs. Highly recommmend. Beautiful setting.

Great getaway

Property was cozy, clean, and at a beautiful spot on the river. You could fish right from the bank or sit on one of the two levels of the back deck. Great place for our annual fishing trip for the boys. We would love to return every year.

Incredible Place

This is by far one of the nicest places on the White River. House was equipped with everything you would need. Beds were super comfortable. My only complaint would be I couldn’t live there forever!!!!

Fantastic Family Getaway!

This house is amazing! It is right on the White River with an absolutely beautiful view. The house was extremely clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was perfect for our family! We plan to stay here again in the future and hope to even visit some of the other properties by the same owners. We highly recommend this property!

Fall Getaway

Absolutely beautiful! Loved the property and extra towels! Every detail is thought of including a cute little S’mores box for the campfire! We enjoyed fishing from the bank and looking for heart shaped rocks. The view is so peaceful and conveniently located to Gaston’s restaurant. We would like to come back in the Spring.

Best of the Best

The view is spectacular, with large windows overlooking the White River. The facility is newly remodeled and done very well. I have stayed in many VRBO homes over the years. This is definitely in the top five. I plan to stay again.

The house and location was AMAZING! We had the best time fishing from the backyard. The house was set up with everything we needed. Beds were super comfy, plenty of room to separate the adults from the kids lol. We stay in Arkansas once a year for trout fishing with my parents and my husbands parents…… this house and location was by far my favorite! Plus I caught my first brown trout off the back….. and plenty more. I highly recommend Gary and The Point on Cane Island!!!!!

It was so beautiful and relaxing - private, clean and well cared for. Our only slight disappointment was that we thought we could stand on the riverbank and fish but there were stairs that led straight down into the water. This was our mistake, we don't feel like we were mis-lead. We should have looked at the pictures a little harder!

Thank you for the kind words, normally you can fish on the shore with normal water releases. But, due to the corp. of engineers trying to get lake levels back to normal they’ve been generating 24/7. This week the lake levels should be back to normal. You might consider our other river property next time. Our other property has a boat dock that would be ideal with high water.
