This was a great deal! The host was very responsive and very patient. The hotel was great and our suite was perfect! We got a suite with ocean view and it was gorgeous! It exceeded our expectations and it was more than everything we could’ve asked for. The staff was amazing throughout the entire hotel. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to book this unit.

Great Experience

Very nice and modern accommodations at Garza Cancun. Highly recommend working with our host - very informative, responsive and helpful regarding any information making our stay that much better! Looking forward to potentially booking with our host again in the future!

Birthday Stay

We had a great time celebrating my 30th. Although the room doesn’t have an ocean view, it was still a good time. Located on the 2nd floor which is where all the pools were so it was quick access.

Awesome Experience in Cabo

Joseph's suite was better than we expected! The views were great, the room was spotless, and the toilet seat was even heated!! Incredible pool and dining experience as well. Amazing access to a world-class beach. Far suprior all-inclusive experience to other places we have visited (i.e., Bahamas). Thank you for hosting us!The only 2 negatives were (1) that the check-in process took longer than I would have hoped at the front desk, and though we had to wait for our room to be ready the team allowed us access to the Hospitality Suite so we could change into our bathing suits for some much needed pool time. (2) Secondly, there is basically zero walk-ability on the road from the hotel. There is a small strip mall 0.25 miles away but to get there hotel staff said we had to cross the high way with vehicles traveling well in excess of 60 mph. Best to use an uber, if even going to any adjacent properties that can be accessed via the beach.

Overall nice stay. But pros and cons with our stay. PROS: Good communication with owner. Quick response time. Resort itself is beautiful. Food was good. Service was good. Cons: You will prob not get ocean view. We had 3rd floor facing AC units. Hotel was 60% full... asked to change, no go. Told we would be treated like VIP guests of member. That was not the case. First time in Mexico that we did not have an ocean view in 20 years! We go twice a year. Our 2 daughters (18 & 21) had to share a king bed. We thought we were getting a double bed in the second room. We ended up doing all inclusive. No savings purchasing from resort vs owner. Same price. You will be charged 82/ day and tips of 144/ day for your stay when you do all inclusive. And you ARE expected to tip staff... if you pay a la carte, 16% tip is included. I would not do VRBO again for Mexican resort.. you do not know what you will get! Atleast booking through the resort you are guaranteed what you pay for. I was trying to be hopeful in reading the other reviews.. that we might get a ocean view... really didnt think that we wouldn't. But we took a chance and it did not work out in our favor.

My wife and friends had a girls vacae and they loved it from start to finish.

My wife is already planning to revisit Garza Blanca. She had nothing negative to mention about the resort. 100% recommend.
