Wonderful tiny treehouse with tons of amenities! Quiet, comfy, we didn’t need anything extra. It was perfect! Already hoping to go back there!

This place was PERFECT in every way! Adorable, attention to every detail, and so patient answering all our questions so promptly! The house is beautiful, nestled in the middle of the woods, so peaceful and quiet! Wonderful hot tub for 2, loved the outdoor shower...a gem all around! GREAT location, only an hour from Blowing Rock pottery and mountain views which we loved! Don't miss this place...great couples getaway!

The Perch was better than we expected! Exceptionally clean, everything in its place. Whoever is responsible for all the details did an outstanding job! Hot tub was perfect. We have stayed at many different getaway cabins but this one by far is the Best!

We found The Perch to be very clean and cozy. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a nice little getaway!

The Perch was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend get away! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and lovingly appointed (lots of little thoughtful touches). My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and hiking path on the property. Carri Ann was easy, friendly and prompt to communicate with. The property was about a 15 minute drive into Hickory for dining, shopping and other entertainment. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again in the future.

Tucked away in the forest is this tiny hidden gem! While every detail and comfort has been provided by the Host, the real standout is the pure connection with nature. Subtleties in the decor are complimented by the fire-pit, the screen porch, the hot tub, on property nature trails and the hammock swings by the creek. Nearby adventures and curiosities make The Perch the perfect location to connect with nature and relax.
Hammock swings by the creek are a short trail walk from the property.

Property is super clean, inside and out. Well maintained. You'd never know someone stayed before you. Excellent communication with host. Very cozy house. Ooen the windows in the morning to wake to the sound of birds chirping, sit on the porch and feel the warm peeping beams of the sun coming through the trees, enjoy the hot tub, rock on the swing, or enjoy the well kept trails in the woods. Even though we only stayed ine night, we felt right at home. If you stay longer, this tree house has everything you need...fridge, stove, oven, microwave, keurig, utencils. Most importantly, the host puts little personal touches for your stay and responds quickly. Will atay again if we pass by this area. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful this property and host are. The cabin is beautiful and whimsical. Whimsy, can be tacky and over the top, but this property is beautiful. Every detail was elegant and well thought out, everything we might need was provided. The property even features a short hiking trail complete with maps. The host was responsive, proactive, and even left us a custom sign and fresh cookies when we arrived. Truly a magical experience. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Host was quick to message back, the place is so peaceful and beautiful. My kids loved going on a "bear hunt". There are a few walking trails around. We enjoyed the hot tub, charcoal grill and firepit. Kids are already asking when we can go back.

This is an exceptional property that looks as if it was just constructed. The decor is very cute and the owner has paid great attention to detail. The appliances are all new and the water pressure and temperature and hot tub were perfect. If I get to stay in the area again, I would certainly stay here.
